The equipment management is one of important part on the enterprise management,it is an insurance of the product quality, and it is also one of important way toincrease the company benefit. OEE, the Overall Equipment Effectiveness, as the keycontent and index, is cared by more and more company, and it already started to beapplied in more and more area. But, How to make sure most company can apply itwith correct way or are able to get expected effort when they started to apply it.From this point, Author will start the deep research and practice base on the Ncompany practical situation, in order to improve the OEE effective application inmost manufacture industry and other scientific area.In this article, the main research works include below several points:1 Simply introduce the OEE basic definition and develop process, base on Ncompany practical situation, highlight the OEE application theory and basicstructure, including apply target, definition, calculation rules and measurementindex, building waterfall, and so on, to make the strong foundation for the OEEsystem building in company.2 Base on the OEE basic theory and company practical situation, build completedOEE data collection system, including manually data collection system andautomatically data collection system– IT system, associate with Novo pen 4production line, do the deep analysis and argument for the OEE system building andimplement.3 After the OEE system built, the most important point is the completed sufficientpractice. It make the system improvement continually during the practice process. Inthis article, through the MAAR( Measure, Analysis, Action, Review) cycle, OEEcontrol chart, and the OEE layered management with long term practice, improvedthe OEE theory and detail application, provided strong supporting on companydeveloping as well.4 The practice is the only one criterion for verifying the truth. The effectiveness andfeasibility of OEE theory and method were described in this article through twopractical cases. At same time, it also highlight that the OEE application mustassociate with company practical situation.The research of this article is not only ensure the OEE's implement smoothly andeffectively in N company, but also improved a lot on both company equipment management and production effectiveness. And there is such reference means onOEE theory and method developing.
