ANDON system is an effective management tool of operating efficiently and improving product quality.Vehicle assembly manufacturing enterprises with successful application of ANDON systems can maximize product quality and minimize costs.According to the characteristics of FAW 6MT200 gearbox assembly line,this paper develops the ANDON system based on fully understanding the assembly process and the demand of customers.The paper carries on the detail analysis to the customer firstly and forms the business flow chart of the system.Then it carries on the design of software and hardware structure,the software structure is designed into three layers architecture,which are the user layer,business logic layer and data access layer.Finally,the paper completes database design,coding,testing and implementation etc..the system is divided into three modules,which are the ANDON monitor system,LED broadcast system,ANDON information query system.This paper uses C#.NET language,SQL Server 2008 database technology,OPC technology,UDP network communication technology to develop the whole system,it can avoid code duplication and improve the reusability of code,the frame is designed into the common distributed control system,which are the monitor layer,control layer and equipment layer.At present,this system has been used in the production field in time and its running effect has reached the expected goals,meet the requirements of the practical production,thus make the enterprise production efficiency has been greatly improved,to implement jit lean production in the enterprise played an important role in the process.
