The situation of economic development throughout the world,Chinese has become the second largest economy in the world,the great rejuvenation of the China need to strengthen the "soft power",especially for China’s characteristics of management mode.The management mode of inclusive,diversity and adaptability,and enterprise IT system process with good enterprise management mode,is a necessary foundation for the large group of China’s enterprise management mode of innovation and development.Also SASAC of central state-owned collective enterprises management proposed higher requirements,also with the continuous development of enterprise scale,the original group financial control informatization level has been far from enough to meet the requirements of group financial management and control.How to construct and optimize the group’s financial control information platform is an important subject to solve the present group control.This dissertation analyzes the group’s financial management and control information in the group’s financial management and control of the important role and significance,and tries to the CEP GRID Corp as the main body in the optimization and upgrading of information technology to do some exploration.First,now the information age data,establish a new concept of financial management,the use of modern network environment,information technology,change the traditional financial work,enterprise groups in the development planning also clearly put forward the corresponding group financial control information requirements and objectives.Secondly,through the analysis of group financial control informatization status and found that there are: information can’t meet the needs of comprehensive budget management,unable to realize the group capital centralized dispatching and monitoring,management system and standard become a mere formality,low level of information technology application,group can’t pass the effective technical means to subordinate units for financial management and other issues.Third,this dissertation briefly describes the significance,characteristics and requirements of the group’s financial management and control information,the Enterprise Architecture(EA)methodology and the special requirements of the power grid enterprises.In addition,it summarizes the practical experience and Enlightenment of the power grid group in the world advanced management front group in the group financial management and control information.In this context,to CEP GRID Corp financial control informatization status from the organization,process,construction process and operation effect do detailed analysis,andsummarizes the problems and deficiencies existing in the group’s financial information.In this thesis,the optimization and upgrading program of study is to group financial control informatization theory as the basis,combined with CEP GRID Corp management reality,driven by technology group financial management reform,in accordance with the "top-level design,step by step implementation of the" the way,the group financial management and control information of construction objectives and direction of upgrading,truly realize the "horizontal integration,vertical penetrating" of group financial management and control integration information management level.Finally,through the CEP GRID Corp financial control information optimization and upgrading of the case were empirical analysis,that enhance the concrete contents of the construction,optimization and upgrading can bring to the group management and economic benefits ascension.
