Dong Yue Limited is a subsidiary of Shanghai GM in Yantai,with annual production capacity of 600,000 vehicles,and capacity to rise with company business objectives.With the expansion of production,factory production and logistic efficiency increasing demand.But,Dongyue car limited production logistics of site employees constitute complex,including official workers,outside contracting and Servicers,income gap big,pay source different,to pay mainly of incentive means does not can effective of reached incentive and improve site logistics operation efficiency of target,long-term operation down different employees welfare treatment of gap caused employees work satisfaction degrees declined of problem increasingly highlights,because work satisfaction degrees declined left of situation gradually increased,has experience employees of left led to site logistics operation efficiency declined.Therefore,the redesign of the logistics field staff welfare programs for Dong Yue automobile company it is important and urgent.Dong Yue Automobile Co site logistics,this paper seeks to present welfare system inadequate investigation and redesigned in order to optimize the welfare system as a means to improve employee job satisfaction,and let employees enjoy company benefits,long-term cooperation to achieve the common development of the employee and the company.In addition,this kind of problem in the domestic car companies universal,study and solve them,not only is important for promoting further development of Dongyue Limited,for the development of domestic automobile industry has a certain draw.In recent years,the Chinese automobile industry kept developing,the market requirement and the sales volume kept increasing,the sale volume of cars in China grew from 5.8 million in 2005 to 19.7 million in 2014.With the manufacture scale been enlarged,the production and logistics are becoming more and more important to automobile corporations.Although the automobile industry is going to the summit,the logistic cost is being higher and higher.,so the highly effective logistics is the key element to improve the core competitiveness of the corporation.In this process,human resource is the essential part,the highly active human resource can help to improve the efficiency of production and logistics.Dongyue automobile Cor.Ltd is a branch of Shanghai General Motors with the capacity of0.6 million cars per year.With the enlargement of production scale,the efficiency of logistics is highly needed by the company.But the human resource of logistics workplace is consist of regular employees,outworkers and service provider employees,their jobs are quite different and the income gap is obvious,so the salary incentive cannot work well.What is more,the income gap lead to the dissatisfaction and many workers left their work station.In this situation,it is very important for Dongyue limited to design a new welfare program for the logistics workers.This paper is focusing on the investigation of the existing welfare system's drawback and redesign the system,improving the employees satisfaction by optimizing the welfare system.On the other hand,the situation is common is Chinese automobile industry,so it is meaningful not only to the Dongyue Limited,but also to the automobile industry by the research.
