Feasibility Study Of The Community-based Construction And Architectural Design Of Children's Welfare Institution

The purpose of research is to give different orphans a particular environment and education, help orphans grow up better and ensure grown-orphans return to society more successfully through the community-based construction and architectural design of children's welfare institution. The construction of children's welfare institution can not only base on an existing community environment, but also provide service back to the community. So, this kind of construction can be a resource-saved one. The research methods include referring documents collecting, field survey, etc. The research would be discoursed by four parts:The article begins with introduction and analysis about children's welfare institutions in China. The research contents include background and typical cases investigation of children's welfare institutions in China. Base on upon contents, the article summarizes a main construction mode of children's welfare institutions as well as its current situation.Secondly, to response the main construction mode of children's welfare institutions and its current situation, the article put forward a community-based construction thinking of children's welfare institutions and discourses its possibility later. In this part, the research contents include what is the community children's welfare institution, why should us construct a community children's welfare institution, also include an introduction and analysis about the existing community system, the advantage of the community children's welfare institution and some outstanding overseas cases. The research methods include theoretical research, referring documents collecting and field survey, etc.Thirdly, the article cares about implementation the community children's welfare institution through architectural design. The research contents include design background, spatial configuration, main point of architecture design, etc. Besides that, the article also summarizes some design points which aims to orphans' sensitive and weak mood. The research methods include theoretical research and referring architectural project summarizing.Finally, the article tries to deal with an architectural design as assistance. It can sort out and summarize that how to implement a community children's welfare institution in detail. The research contents include design background, site design, landscape design, architecture design, etc.The research shows that as a supplement mode to the main construction, the community-based construction of children's welfare institutions can benefit orphans. A proper architectural design can ensure orphans'well-development, too. Both of the community-based construction and architectural design of children's welfare institution aim to develop and perfect children's welfare issue in China.
