Research On The Construction Of Urban Public Reading Facilities

With the rapid development of Chinese economy in recent years,it is getting more and more evident that the constructions of spiritual civilization has became a stumbling block in the further development of our country.Therefore,our government make a claim to establish a learning-oriented society when they realizing that reading level determines the improvement of national civilization,which means the civilization,values and the development space of the whole society lie on national engagement in reading.Based on the above background,the article focuses on exploring ways to effectively promote China’s popular reading and methods of public reading facilities construction serving for urban spiritual and cultural construction.This paper starts with the current development of public reading facilities and defines the orientation of urban public reading facilities by analyzing the meaning and characteristics of public reading facilities.Secondly,analyses city residents from four different angles to understand user behavior characteristics,city residents reading requirements,using space types and reading facilities function requirements.And makes classification of city public reading facilities based on it.Then the article takes the society,the city and the individual as the main body to analyze their different level of demand,and has pick up the importance and the demands of the construction of public reading facility.Then,comes up the necessity and method of system construction by analyses of the dilemma and feasibility of the construction of public reading facilities.The city plays an important role in promoting reading as the benchmark of the node reading,At last the paper pay attention to a typical representative provincial capital city-Wuhan,thinking of its design of public reading facilities in order to verify the feasibility of reading city public facility design system.First,through the analysis of the current situation of Wuhan city and the construction of reading public facilities,the paper determines the design of the source bed,and introduces the concept of shared economy into the construction of urban public reading facilities.This paper hope through the construction of the system of public reading facilities,the book share and book circulation change,so as to help the city residents to establish "reading life" values,make reading into a way of life.The two is based on the present situation,Wuhan city public security and technology,through the reflection on the orientation of city public reading facilities for the classification of different attempts to design representation layer,completed the process of design conception,design,modeling design,combination of the design effect.Three,the article combines the economic,cultural and policy status of Wuhan City,and gives the conception of promotion method in the formation layer.In conclusion,the main innovation of the article is three points,the first is to complete the classification of public reading facilities,the second is to open up a new thought for our country city public reading promotion,third is to find methods and steps of construction of public reading facilities system,and provides a solution for city public reading facilities.
