| The airport embedded navigation lamp cleaning vehicle is a special vehicle for cleaning the lighting port of lamps.At present,most domestic airports use manual cleaning,and the degree of automation is very low.In contrast,the lamp cleaning institutions produced abroad reveal that there is no basis for setting important cleaning process parameters,and it is completely determined by experience,which directly leads to the difficulty of taking advantage of the performance advantages of navigation lamp cleaning vehicles to obtain good cleaning results.This article researched a kind of airport runway embedded navigation aid lamp cleaning vehicle,which can realize the automatic cleaning of the runway embedded navigation aid lamp lighting port.Through a large number of experiments,the relationship between the important cleaning process parameters and the cleaning effect of the navigation aid lamp was investigated.Corresponding mapping models were established.Finally,a light effect evaluation method combining the stain area and texture features was used to detect the cleaning effect.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Cleanliness definition and classification of lighting port of navigation aidsConsult relevant information and according to the use criteria of airport navigation lamps,comprehensive expert scoring method,stain area and stain texture evaluation criteria,the degree of pollution on the surface of the lighting port of the embedded navigation lamp before each airport runway to be cleaned was performed,and the navigation aid lamps with pollution levels(Pollution level Ⅰ to Ⅳ)were divided according to the final score,which laid the foundation for training the coordinated control model of cleaning process parameters.(2)Design of cleaning control system and single factor cleaning experiment of cleaning process parametersDesigned an airport runway embedded navigation lamp cleaning vehicle based on the Delta parallel mechanism,built a cleaning vehicle platform,and designed the hardware and software control system of the cleaning mechanism to provide the necessary foundation for the terminal motion control and subsequent automatic cleaning operations.Based on this,through a large number of single-factor cleaning experiments,the relationship between the cleaning process parameters such as cleaning pressure,cleaning agent flow,cleaning angle or cleaning distance and cleaning effect.(3)Coordinated control of cleaning process parameters with limited durationAccording to different pollution levels(Pollution level Ⅰ to Ⅳ),the navigation aids were cleaned under limited conditions to obtain the best cleaning effect parameter range.A coordinated control model(ANFIS)based on adaptive neural fuzzy inference system was used,and the ANFIS model was trained and verified on MATLAB to obtain fuzzy inference rules.A coordinated control model for cleaning process parameters of navigation lamps with different pollution levels for a limited time was established,and experimental verification was carried out.The coordinated control model of the cleaning process parameters is reasonable and meets the requirements of the light intensity level of the cleaning effect.(4)Evaluation method of cleaning effectBased on the detection of the stain on the surface of the lighting port of navigation aids,a method for detecting and evaluating the stain on the lighting port of light fixtures based on the fusion of texture and area features of the stain was proposed.Select a large number of samples to calculate the size of the stain area and the eigenvalues of the texture gray level co-occurrence matrix such as the energy of the stain,the principal diagonal moment of inertia,the correlation coefficient,and entropy.Based on the above work,the relationship between cleaning effect and cleaning related parameters is studied for the first time.The relationship model between cleaning process parameters and cleaning effect is established based on adaptive neural fuzzy inference algorithm,and the evaluation method of cleaning effect is given.Not only the efficient and energy-saving cleaning of the luminous opening of airport navigation aids,and it also reduces airport operating costs,it also provides important guidance for the design of domestic lighting fixture cleaning vehicles. |
