How to more effectively extend the service life of tunnel and improve dangerous tunnel reconstruction renovation technology during tunnel operation period is an urgent problem need to solve.Carbon fiber reinforcement technique has sone obvious advantages,such as construction of small disturbance,good reinforcement effect,less additional load,take up the little space.Therefore,it is necessary to study its construction technology and reinforcement effect to provide theoretical support.This paper analyzes the current common diseases and mechanism of tunnel,based on tile south of tunnel engineering to put forward strengthening technology with carbon fiber reinforcing repair methods.Combining the theoretical analysis,model test and finite element numerical analysis to study and discuss,The main study resutls are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the current common diseases and mechanism of tunnel,based on tile south of tunnel engineering to summarize types of tunnel disease and evaluate level of technical conditions.Refer to traditional concrete reinforcement method to put forward carbon fiber reinforced reinforcing tunnel reinforcement technology.(2)Analyzed the carbon fiber reinforcement technology to get relationship of carbon fiber reinforced stress – strain and maximum tensile strength and design tensile strength.Through the compression strength experiment of high strength polymer mortar to get compressive strength standard values,bond strength and modulus of elasticity.(3)Using finite element software ANSYS to analyze different depth of cracks such as 7.5cm、15cm and 22.5 cm get the change between different reinforcement scheme.Through the analysis and comparison,carbon fiber reinforcement can control deformation and stress to increasing rigidity and carrying capacity of the tunnel.(4)According to the special tunnel test and numerical simulation results to reinforce the south tunnel using the carbon fiber reinforcement and put forward corresponding construction technology and measures.
