With the development of mechanical industry, more and more application fields put forward high standards for the rotative accuracy of rolling bearing. The rotative accuracy of rolling bearing reflects not only the performance, but also the manufacturing precision. Therefore, the result is instructive significance for the design and manufacture of roller bearings that analyzing the affecting factors and the changes of rotative accuracy of rolling bearing to forecast the rotative accuracy.Based on cylindrical roller bearings for research object in this paper. Firstly, the geometry precision contains the cylindricity error, the waviness etc. and the operating conditions act on the rotative accuracy of bearings are discussed. The geometric parameter of innerring raceway, the structural parameters and the radial load are selective analysis from many factors. According to kinematics and geometric relations of bearing parts, the mathematical model of cylindrical roller bearings is established under the free state and the condition of different load. The process of the algorithm is described in detail, the relevant programming is designed by Visual C++ to simulate the motion state of cylindrical roller bearings, and verified correctness of program through the special point method. After that, the regulation of roundness error of innerring raceway, the order of harmonics, roller amount, radial internal clearance and radial load that act on the rotative accuracy are analyzed. The result is, the rotative accuracy is greatly affected by roundness error of innerring raceway and radial internal clearance, with roundness error of innerring raceway and radial internal clearance increasing, the rotative accuracy is decreased. Low-order harmonic has an obvious influence on the rotative accuracy, but the rotative accuracy is receded gradually with high-order harmonic. The roller amount has an effect on the rotative accuracy more or less, the rotative accuracy is improved with the roller amount increasing, and more rollers contact to the raceway. When the other factors are constant, the greater of radial load, the lower of the rotative accuracy. Through the method of the numerical simulation combined the theoretical validation, discuss the factors'effect on the rotative accuracy of cylindrical roller bearings, the relationship between the factors contain the geometric parameter of innerring raceway, the structural parameters , the radial load and the rotative accuracy are identified. This result plays an active role in establishing the prediction theory and evaluation system of the rotative accuracy of cylindrical roller bearings, and designing the high-accuracy roller bearing products.
