Study On The Optimization Of The Layout Of Beisanjia Township Settlement Based On The All-for-One Tourism

Resident refers to the human in accordance with the production and living needs of the formation of the concentration of settlements.With the development of rural tourism as the first choice of residential development,rural tourism and residential layout of the relevant research gradually increased.In recent years,the study of rural tourism at home and abroad from the development strategy,the characteristics of culture and the degree of participation in the three aspects of depth;residential layout is more from the residential situation and the impact of factors on the village layout,layout planning or layout Optimize these three parts to start.However,few studies have studied rural settlement as the primary factor to study the layout of settlements in our country.In addition,the methods used in these studies are single,ignoring the role of new factors that have a significant impact on the layout of settlements,such as livable villages,state provisions,and major project construction.Based on the above mentioned considerations,this paper takes Beisanjia township as the research object,combined with the current background of social development,and explores the new angle of residential optimization from the perspective of tourism,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Based on the theories of social regulation and control,residential layout theory and experiential economic theory,this paper takes Beisanjia township as the research area,uses the GIS technology to establish the index evaluation system,and uses the principal component analysis method as the scenery tourist area to study.Due to the study of the present situation of the layout of the settlements in the northern part of the city,the layout of the settlements is optimized from the point of view of the tourism,and the adjustment scheme of the settlements is determined to form the unique town and village system.The paper is divided into seven chapters,the main contents include:Chapter One:Introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background of this topic,the purpose and significance of the topic selection,the research content and innovation and the related research on rural tourism and the layout of residential areas at home and abroad.Chapter Two:Related concepts and theoretical foundations.The concept of residential area,village,global tourism,industrial integration and other related concepts,as well as social regulation and control theory of residential area,theory of residential layout,experience economy theory and index system evaluation theory are introduced.Chapter Three:Rural status quo of Beisajia township.First of all,it gives a brief overview of Beisanjia township from the five aspects of location and natural conditions,historical evolution,administrative area and population,economic and social development status and tourism resources.And then analyzes the spatial distribution of Beisanjia township residential area by using the methods of analogy analysis and classification and so on,taking GIS as an auxiliary tool to analyzes the layout of the residential area of Beisanjia township from the four aspects of natural factors,social factors,economic factors and location factors.It is concluded that the main factors influencing the spatial distribution of the settlements in Beisanjia are the natural factors,which lays the foundation for the follow-up study.At the same time,through the comparative analysis of the factors of the status quo of the three hometowns,the development model of the three hometowns at present is not suitable for the development needs of today's society and needs industrial transformation.Chapter Four:Influence of tourism on the layout of residential areas.First of all,from the development of tourism development and the feasibility of the development of tourism to determine the feasibility of the development of tourism in the Beisanjia township.And then from the tourism on the North three township residents of the layout of the positive and negative mechanism for the analysis,so as to determine the tourism can change the layout of the North Sanxiang indicators are analyzed.At the same time,based on the status quo of the three hometowns,this paper analyzes the influence of the conventional indicators on the optimization of the layout of the northern part of the township,and uses the appropriate method to deal with it.Then,using the spatial analysis function of GIS,the two indexes are superimposed and the final comprehensive evaluation is obtained.Chapter Six:Optimization of the layout of the settlements of Beisanjia township.According to the principle of residential optimization and the evaluation of comprehensive index,the residents of Beisanjia township are divided into four categories:tourism service type residential area,leisure tourism type residential area,coordinated development type residential area and ordinary agricultural type residential area.On this basis,for different types of settlements put forward different adjustment strategies.Combined with the status quo of the settlements themselves,the village as a unit of the residential areas for specific adjustments,the layout of Beisanjia township rural residential layout optimization,and ultimately be suitable for Beisanjia township's new town and
