FQ nuclear power project has experienced a serious lag in the overall construction schedule due to lagging civil installation and defects in major Nuclear-Grade equipment,and the total construction period can not be postponed,resulting in serious compression of the commissioning sub-project duration,and in order to achieve secondary milestone nodes,a large number of temporary facilities were installed.These facilities has affected the follow-up work.Nuclear power engineering requires nuclear safety as a key objective.Conservative decision-making is adopted for any progress deviation related to nuclear safety.Therefore,the commissioning project implementation process must comply with strict norms and requirements to comply with nuclear safety related laws and regulations,and strict quality control,the requirements of various activities in line with the project management procedures.Debugging activities must follow strict logic,the completion of part of the test is the precondition for the start of the other part of the test,this strict logic relationship of the work relationship to adjust the commissioning schedule is a serious challenge.How to make a reasonable schedule on commissioning sub-projects and reduce the loss caused by delay is an important problem faced by the managers of commissioning sub-projects.In this dissertation,a case study take as FQ nuclear power commissioning sub project.According to the characteristics of the commissioning project,the target system of the commissioning sub-project,the organizational structure of the project,the organization of the project and the arrangement of the commissioning schedule are analyzed.The influencing factors of the commissioning schedule are analyzed.The methods of concurrent engineering,pipeline and compression are used in the project management.When the schedule deviation occurs,analyze the impact on the follow-up progress,using the deviation control theory of project control to make reasonable adjustments to follow-up activities.This dissertation finds that the main factors affecting the progress of commissioning projects are external and internal factors.In view of these main influencing factors,this dissertation analyzes the influencing mechanism of the progress target of the project,put forward corresponding countermeasures,improves the rationality of the formulation of the commissioning progress plan,provide the principle basis for the adjustment of the progress plan,overcome the challenge of the progress target under the condition that the total construction period remains changeless.The realization of degree goal plays a key role to advance the project.In order to solve the problem of no longer delaying the overall project progress of nuclear power commissioning project,the commissioning period is compressed or the main line is stagnated.As the back wall of the project,the commissioning is recognized as the dominant position of the project through high-level coordination,and the project construction and labor costs are increased by the intervention of the commissioning and commissioning ahead of schedule.that is the key measure to ensure the achievement of the project progress goal.This dissertation can provide reference for other nuclear power project commissioning schedule planning,control progress target deviation,smoothly achieve the project objectives.
