At present,the construction industry in China’s national economy important pillar industry status.With the sound development momentum of further maintain our country economy,the domestic construction industry also shows the steady development trend,in order to promote the growth of national economy and social development,and has made due contributions.With a new round of urban construction pace,the future of domestic investment in fixed assets will maintain long-term stable growth,the construction industry will face a lot of city housing construction,urban and rural infrastructure construction,city commercial facilities,industrial and energy base construction,the construction of traffic facilities brought about by the strong demand for[1].This determines the construction industry must speed up to the modernization,standardization,scientification and socialization management change of pace.At the same time,this trend is becoming the new trend of the industry to discuss,study.With the domestic construction market gradually towards a mature and open country,in the face of a new round of economic growth,and promote the construction of infrastructure construction and new city urbanization historic opportunity,how to change the existing mode of operation of large state-owned enterprises in the construction,continue to deepen the reform of enterprise management mode,continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,has become the construction enterprises can adapt to the economic globalization development,can realize the key to wider areas and higher level development.In this paper,taking the large state-owned construction enterprises "China Building Limited by Share Ltd" five development strategy"(i.c.:specialization,regionalization,standardization,informationization and internationalization)one of the area as the key point,the internal management mode transformation of large state-owned enterprises in the construction,and improve the internal mechanism for carding and research,attempts to change the management mode,further promotes the enterprise to enhance the ability,provides the theory basis for the large-scale state-owned construction enterprises to maintain the healthy development of.Reform,especially the reform of management model of enterprises,need to sum up experience in long-term practice,and constantly improved in carry out,make it become relatively mature and stable,the operation and management mode to adapt to the changing environment.It doesn’t depend on the matching follow-up team,enterprise culture,the construction of system,more is a challenge to the enterprise top management ability,determination,idea.At the same time,it is the inner nature based management model with dynamic,which determines the conclusion of this paper is based on the promotion of enterprise management mode is to adapt to the changing environment,analysis and verification of promoting the development of enterprises.In this paper,through to analysis and study(of domestic and international business management theory,points out that the large state-owned construction enterprises should change the operation mode of’ management,maintain the healthy development,must promote regionalization operation mode;By historical evolution and development of large state-owned enterprises build regional actual situation analysis,put forward the regional operating mode to build further integrate regional advantage resources,promoting regional organization structure has played a positive role,at the same time,points out that the regional operation mode brings some problems to be solved;The PEST and SWOT analysis method,to build regional operation situation and the existing problems in the analysis and research,focuses on regional operation mode of operation,and analyze the influencing factors of the study;Points out that the large state-owned enterprises to go through the change of management model,promote enterprise ability to ascend,should strengthen regional development and promoting regional development efficiency,improve the regional development and deepening the strategic positioning.Through the above analysis and research,to keep the benign and healthy development of the large state-owned construction enterprise to provide measures and Suggestions.
