Study On New City Overall Planning Strategy Based On Sustainable Development Theory

With the process of city progress,our country city development speed can be greatly improved,but the number of many domestic city population and land use scale increasing rapidly,city space shortage,road congestion,the deterioration of the living environment,industry development lags behind,the unemployment rate increasing problems.In this context,many city to follow the western countries to establish a new town,in order to solve the above problems,such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like domestic Metro building where they stand,Metro construction is also close attention all over the world.This paper aims at the current our country new town planning and construction of the present situation and main problems,puts forward the concept of sustainable development to meet the needs of urban basic functions,based on demand,promote new town planning strategies of urban residents quality of life and space environment,mainly includes the new city space layout planning strategy,the concept of sustainable development of Metro land use planning strategy,metro transportation system planning and strategy Metro Planning Strategy Based on ecological environmental protection.To provide the background of new urbanization in China under the new path of new town planning and construction,in improving the Metro Economic Development at the same time,reduce the damage of metro construction on the natural environment,improve the quality of life of residents,improve residents living conditions,the establishment of sustainable town planning strategy and development mode,guarantee the Metro to healthy,efficient,orderly development and construction.In this paper,based on the concept of sustainable development as the guiding ideology,combining with the characteristics of metro,Metro construction and according to the existing problems in the development process,in the view of sustainable development analysis.First of all,the definition and the relevant research on the metro and the concept of sustainable development.Secondly,through analysis of successful cases of domestic and foreign research situation and the foreign new town construction,summarized the successful experience.Finally,the planning strategy of sustainable new town development were summarized,the sustainable development means and methods including the overall layout,land use,traffic system,the ecological environment and the historical context.On the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with Anshan City Tang Gang Metro overall planning,the actual planning and analysis of multiple perspectives,the means of planning and strategy into the concept of sustainable development,and puts forward the planning suggestions and development strategies for the overall layout.Hope that through research and analysis,provide a reference basis and reference for the future Metro construction sustainable development path and methods,while providing some enlightenment to revitalize the northeast old industrial base cocoa sustainable development.
