Construction Project Bidding Problems And Countermeasures Of China

The bidding system of construction project was established in to regulate the construction market competition;it has been widely used in China.By contrasted domestic and international bidding system we can found that China's bidding there is a lot of irregularities,to play its due role in the existence of a very negative impact on China's bidding system.So it is necessary to strengthen standardized management of the bidding market.This article is based on this to explore how to effectively manage our construction project 'bidding system.This article studied the many problems that exist in the process of construction project bidding based on the bidding management theory,and analyzed the reasons for the problems and then gave some corresponding countermeasures.This article is divided into three parts:the first part is the literature review and theoretical discussion,mainly related to the construction project bidding concept,purpose and principles,types and modalities,procedures,through combing the bidding theory to provide theory foundation for the rest parts.The second part is the research subjects,it first described the current situation of China's construction project bidding,identified the existing problems;and then the cause of the problem is analyzed;then on the basis of in-depth analysis and research,we found out the countermeasures to solve the various issues in the construction project bidding in our country.The third part of the case studies,take the Medical School sophomore project in Shenyang City for example.By applying relate countermeasures to the actual specific cases,we solved a practical problem,which has great practical and instructive incense.
