Risk Analysis And Prevention Of Wind Power Project Management In China Energy-saving Corporation

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of international wind power technology,the installed capacity of wind power is also increasing,showing a trend of rapid development.The 11 th Five-Year "renewable energy development" plan issued by China pointed out that the capacity of the wind turbine generator in China was 196 million 100 thousand kilowatts in 2015.At the same time,the "medium and long-term renewable energy development plan" promulgated by China has pointed out that the capacity of wind power generator in China is 37 million 540 thousand,accounting for 2.6% of the national electricity in 2020.In fact,recently,the Global Wind Energy Council released "global wind power report: annual market development"(hereinafter referred to as "report").In 2017,the new installed capacity of global wind power in the year is expected to reach 60 GW,and growth is mainly led by Asian countries.In terms of environmental benefits and economic benefits,the development of the wind energy market is the trend of the times and has great potential for development.But risks and benefits coexist.Although wind power projects can have a good market prospect,there will be many risks in operation,especially business risks.Therefore,energy saving and environmental protection limited companies put the analysis and prevention of operational risks on the agenda.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the operational risks faced by the wind power enterprises in China,and puts forward and analyses the countermeasures.Based on wind power control theory,combined with the actual situation of energy-saving wind power generation in Cangzhou city project,analyzes the main problems of wind power generation business,to carry out the effective evaluation of wind power energy saving management risk in Cangzhou,and puts forward some effective measures and measures of risk aversion.First,on the basis of the classification of risk factors,the risk factors are explained from the identification,analysis and evaluation of risk factors.In the process of data collection,the expert investigation method and the literature research method are adopted to collect the corresponding data.Secondly,the article uses the domestic and foreign related theories to carry out empirical analysis to establish various variables in the wind power generation project and analyze the operational risk.In the process of project analysis,the main risks faced by wind power generation are: policy operation risk,grid security risk and equipment risk.Thirdly,risk analysis is carried out in depth,and countermeasures are put forward for possible risks.Finally,the conclusion is: do comprehensive planning for the effective response to risk management is very important in wind power generation;at the same time,we must continue to do price subsidies support,the risk for wind power generation enterprises to deal with the business,going out of business at the same time,the grid should also be crucial;actively respond to national call,good power grid construction and reform.
