Research On Smart Planning Management System Of Small Towns Based On Crowdsourcing Technology Of Mobile Terminals

In recent years,with the acceleration of the urbanization process,the government has paid more attention to the coordinated development of various cities,and takes the development of small and medium-sized cities and towns as the main direction of optimizing the scale structure of cities and towns.However,the small towns in China usually replicate the development model of large cities,due to lack of relevant experience and technology,and there are various drawbacks in the process of urbanization.Therefore,if small towns want to develop in a sustainable and healthy way,we must explore suitable urban planning and management techniques.With the introduction of the concept of smart city at home and abroad,and the vigorous development of information technology,it provides an opportunity for smart city planning and management in small towns.Because the small towns are restricted by the economic and technical conditions,they can not apply the conventional 3S technology,4D products and other technical methods.Therefore,it is urgent to search for the information technology with relatively low construction cost and low application maintenance,which is suitable for small town planning and construction management.In this context,the smart planning management system of small towns based on crowdsourcing technology of mobile terminals is proposed in this paper.First of all,this paper summarizes the application and related theories of mobile crowdsourcing technology in urban planning and management,and summarizes its successful experience.Then the paper summarizes the problems encountered in the development of small towns and the needs of the small towns' intelligent planning and management,and then designs the smart planning management system of small towns based on crowdsourcing technology of mobile terminals,including the overall architecture design,function design and database design of the system.On this basis,the public supervision system platform based on crowdsourcing technology of mobile terminals is developed,which includes the public supervision APP front application based on mobile terminal and the corresponding backstage website of the corresponding public supervision data management system.The public can report the illegal construction,pollution and disaster,road traffic and city appearance and infrastructure failure on the public supervision APP by the mobile terminal.And the backstage manager can distribute the reporting events to the relevant handling personnel through the public supervision data management system and feedback the results to the public.Finally,we applied the public supervision system platform in Shennongjia forest region,and introduced the promotion mode and effect of the platform in the local area,and analyzed the reported events,including the type and quantity,the spatial distribution characteristics and the annual variation characteristics of the events.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.In order to realize the sustainable and healthy development of small towns,we should combine their own conditions,use advanced information technology,draw on the successful experience of the big cities,overcome bottlenecks,and realize intelligent planning and management.2.The platform of public supervision system is low cost,easy to maintain and manage,and easy to operate.It provides a new and effective mode for intelligent planning and management of small towns.3.The application of public supervision system platform in Shennongjia forest region is to make use of public supervision to report,which improved the efficiency of urban planning and management department,and maked up for the shortage of professional management personnel.4.The disorderly parking of motor vehicles and non motor vehicles,illegal construction and the damage to the road facilities are in serious condition in Shennongjia forest.The next step of planning management is to focus on these events.
