The Research For Spatial Generation Of Youth Co-housing Community

With the situation that the housing problem of urban youth is becoming more and more serious,the “Youth Co-housing Community” for urban youth groups emerges.Differ from "the single apartment" which emphasizes the mode of live alone.The “Youth Co-housing Community” advocates live with the spirit of share,with the concept of shared and open residence,it aim at changing the living state of urban youth group.The co-housing community this article discusses was divided into individual space and public space.the purpose of the study is to find a suitable design for actual living demand of urban youth groups.Who wants to have a sharing,negotiating,customizing,economic high quality living space.Youth co-housing community mainly focus on the psychological demands.through building sharing room to help urban youth develop a sense of belonging,all these is a way to adapt to the new living pattern,and to help to perfect our youth housing structure.Although it is new in China,but it develops rapidly,and the demand is large,it has huge development potential.First of all,this paper discusses the characteristics of the living space of young people from the three aspects.By theoretical study and the questionnaire survey,we learn from the psychological characteristics of youth groups,living demand,patterns of behavior,habits.Look into the personality,communication,the relationship between work and live.Also discusses the meaning of sharing living mode for urban youth.Based on the analysis of the residential space characteristics of the youth co-housing community,it lays the foundation for the follow-up study.Secondly,through combine theoretical research to related cases,this article puts forward three kinds of youth community living space generated method.the overlapping of space,the transformation of space and the combination of space.the three method can be applied to refine the Youth co-housing community living space structure,combination and interior design,in order to meet the demand of the youth group of changeable space.Finally,based on the study of the living space characteristics and design method,the author concludes that there are qualitative conclusions about the way to design the living space of the youth Shared community.Based on the function of indoor space and individual character space,community sharing space and shared services requirements,real investigation and the related case analysis,this paper demonstrates indoor and community design by two different space form,concludes the point to design the living space.
