| In the "Internet plus" era,the intelligent distribution network has become a new development trend.At present,the exclusion of distribution line faults mainly rely on line patrol carried by the maintenance personnel,which consumes a large amount of manpower and material resources;the existing of reclosing can’t distinguish cable faults or overhead-line faults,and implements the same re-closure on them,thus reclosing was forced to be abolished on mixed lines.At the same time,the data in distribution grids was lack of integrity,accuracy and timeliness,against construction of smart distribution network.The paper first analyses the key factors and technology of the rapid restoration,the research focused on high-precision detection of fault traveling wave signal,fault location algorithm for distribution network,the access of adaptive reclosing and fault reconstruction;Fault traveling wave transmission characteristics and modulus characteristics in the distribution network was analyzed。For the medium voltage distribution network,a fault location using analog-fault time array and fast restoration method has been established,which is based on the time difference of the traveling wave modulus and without line length and velocity normalized tuning;Further in the low-voltage distribution,a fault location and fast restoration method based on time difference between the zero mode and line mode was proposed,the traveling wave detection devices are only installed in some branches;The fault type could be determined by section identification and fault location algorithm,then adaptive reclosure executes corresponding action to different faults;Finally,power supply in the non-fault area was automatically recover with a comprehensive recovery control model,which is aiming at the shortest outage time and least power load shedding.Finally,the paper has analyzed the demand of the rapid restoration system for distribution network based on cloud platform,including analysis of functional and non-functional requirements,finally developed the software of the rapid restoration system.The on-site installation test of the system has been carried out,the laboratory test results showed that the fault recovery control system in the distribution grids can effectively realize the fault recovery,with positioning error in 77m,reclosure action time in 80ms,and reconstruction calculation in a small range.This paper proved the feasibility of traveling wave technology in distribution network restoration control,and lays the foundation for the application and extension of traveling wave technology in distribution network. |
