Study On The Application Of I-F-S Method In Fire Risk Assessment In A County Of Yunnan Province

A county of yunnan province is a long history of ethnic minorities is concentrated,most of the features of the retained the ancient buildings and buildings more for wooden structure,and lower fire rating,distribution is more dense.By A county building characteristics and distribution,the resident house fire more easily,and is easy to cause the spread of large area,a regional fire,resulting in huge casualties and property losses.In order to reduce fire risk,protect the safety of personnel,property and ancient buildings,the government and local fire department need to make corresponding fire risk assessment for county A.This paper integrates the three methods of urban fire safety evaluation index system,fire risk assessment engineering method and fire factor statistics method into one method,which is called I-F-S Method for short.I-F-S Method not only can accurately assess the fire risk in A county,but also evaluate the risk of individual buildings,and play a certain role in protecting ancient buildings.In order to carry out a comprehensive fire risk assessment in A county,to find out the hazard source and put forward the more specific protection Suggestions,the author will carry out the following five steps.First,obtain relevant information from local fire department;Second,the fire risk assessment is to simplify the engineering method,count only fire prevention system level risk factor,property risk factor,personnel factor,due to A county wood more,in part in the calculation of factor value can be directly refer to lijiang typical residential buildings related factor;Thirdly,on-site data collection;Fourth,on the basis of data collected on site using the formula calculation,calculate the city on fire control safety index of each index,the fire prevention system level factor value,the property risk factor value,personnel,risk factors,and then through the statistical analysis of fire risk factor statistics obtained A county fire risk situation and the cause of high risk;Finally,six conclusions are drawn,and according to the assessment conclusion,the corresponding seven-point proposal for A county government and local fire department should be targeted to help them effectively strengthen the fire safety of the whole county.The assessment was successful,and the recommendations were more targeted and approved by the government and local fire departments.This paper mainly aims at the application of I-F-S Method to assess regional fire risk,and hopes to provide a new way of thinking for regional fire risk assessment through this application analysis.
