| The green retrofitting of existing residential buildings has become an important area for energy saving in China’s buildings.After the retrofitting,the green building certification has been adopted to test the retrofitting effect.At present,our country through the retrofitting of the project to obtain green logo,design logo project is much higher than the running logo project.For a retrofitting project,its operation effect during the operation phase can fully reflect its retrofitting effect.Therefore,to achieve a true sense of the green retrofitting,but also to deal with the operational effects of the retrofitting project.First of all,this paper takes Shenyang,a typical city in severe cold zones as the research object.The status quo and problems of the existing residential buildings are reviewed in more detail,Summed up the effect of its retrofitting,the problems left over after retrofitting and the status quo of the content that has not been retrofitting and the existing problems of existing residential buildings in Shenyang are analyzed.After that,using Design Builder simulation software to carry on the single-factor simulation level multi-factor coupling simulation analysis to the relative retrofitting factor,considering the influence of the retrofitting factor on the building energy consumption and the indoor comfort,obtains the highest heat dissipation efficiency plan,namely is reforming the best plan.Secondly,according to the summary of the assessment system of existing green building at home and abroad and the investigation and simulation results of the existing residential buildings,a two-dimensional comprehensive assessment method of the quality of the building environment and Load of the building environment is adopted to establish the level-span distribution.It is a 3-level assessment index system of green retrofitting of existing residential buildings,including 6 first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight of each indicator.With reference to the relevant standards and norms And relevant documents to determine the index scoring mechanism,scoring benchmark and assessment level,and two-dimensional map and histogram aided expression,constructed a model for the typical towns and cities in harsh areas of "Environment Assessment Model for Green Retrofitting of Existing Residential Buildings".Finally,taking a residential building in Shenyang as a case study,based on the relevant information of the building inspection and on-site survey,measured,using the established green building evaluation model of existing residential buildings in severe cold area for evaluation,the results show that the degree of green building renovation Not high,green performance is poor,belong to the high resources,energy consumption but the construction quality of the building is not high quality,and make recommendations based on the evaluation results of the transformation. |
