At present,our country is strongly advocating the concept of sustainable development of green,low carbon,energy saving and environmental protection.The construction industrialization represented by the new assembly mode is the product of this development concept.The reliable and convenient connection between prefabricated prefabricated components is an important factor restricting the development of assembled concrete.In this paper,a new method of reinforcing bar connection is proposed,that is,"reinforcing bar connection with FRP restraint ring"(utility model open number:CN205116564U).The method of fiber reinforced polymer materials used in assembling concrete connections,compared to connected with the sleeve grouting,the connection for the overlap region provides a loose in space,reduces the construction accuracy requirements,and avoid the problem of a hole grouting anchoring overlap connection is an inherent.For the new node level of domestic construction technology of connection technology.This thesis has been completed in the experimental study of anchoring,mainly for the "test of reinforced bar with FRP restraint ring reinforcement lap connection,to determine the reinforcement lap performance and technical details of the new methods,for the subsequent seismic shear wall provides the basis for the performance study,so as to fully grasp the technical features of the connection method.The specific research content is divided into the following three parts:(1)A new type of assembly type concrete structure is designed for the vertical connection node with the constraint of FRP constraint ring.Including the geometric size and surface shape of the FRP constraint ring,the joint joints designed should have the characteristics of safety,reliability,economy and construction feasibility.(2)The "containing FRP confinement rings overlap joint of steel bar" 78 component performance test is carried out.The analysis of influence of different factors in the reinforced concrete,FRP ring diameter and wall thickness constraint this connection reinforced lap performance technology,verify the connection technology of reinforced lap reliability;(3)The ABAQUS finite element program is used to simulate the connection nodes of the reinforced lap joints with FRP restraint ring,and the bond slip performance of the connection nodes is analyzed.On the one hand,the reliability of joints under different lap lengths is studied.On the other hand,the performance difference of reinforcement with different diameters under such joint is studied,which provides theoretical basis for subsequent pseudo static test.Through a series of experiments and simulations,it is proved that the technology of grout reinforcement with FRP restraint ring is a reliable connection,simple technology and prominent economic benefit,which is suitable for building industrialization.
