Boron clay ceramsite is a kind of environment-friendly building material.The concrete made of boron clay ceramsite as aggregate is widely used in structural engineering because of its advantages of high strength,heat insulation,good durability and so on.However,the research of boron mud ceramsite concrete in Liaoning is starting now,and is mainly used in blocks,and seldom used in load-bearing structures.Therefore,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish the model to study the mechanical properties of fly ash ceramsite concrete slab in Liaoning area.In this paper,based on the finite element method of ABAQUS,the finite element model is established on the basis of the experiments made by Lv Chunming scholars in his thesis.The stress performance of the boron clay ceramsite concrete slab is studied.The failure mode of the finite element simulation component is made by the adjustment of the constitutive relation,boundary condition and loading condition.The trend of load displacement curve is in good agreement with the existing test.Based on this,using the finite element model verified before,by making 5 groups of models,the load deflection curve,load bar strain curve and load concrete slab top strain curve of concrete plate with boron clay content under loading are deeply studied,and the force of concrete plate which is different from the content of boric clay is analyzed.Learning performance.At the same time,6 groups of boron clay ceramsite concrete slab model was made on the basis of the concrete slab with boron clay ceramsite content of 50%,and the effect of two factors on the bearing capacity of the unidirectional and two-way slab of boron clay ceramsite concrete was further studied.The load deflection,load and reinforcement strain under the influence of different factors were obtained.Curve.The research shows that the ultimate load of concrete plate gradually decreases with the increase of the amount of boron clay ceramsite,the cracking load decreases gradually,and the ultimate strain of concrete increases.It shows that the incorporation of boron clay ceramsite reduces the bearing capacity of the concrete plate and reduces the brittleness of concrete.When the dosage of boron clay ceramsite is not more than 50%,the limit load of the specimen is not obvious,and it decreases slightly.When the content of the boron clay ceramsite is not less than 75%,the cracking load and the ultimate load of the specimen are greatly reduced.For the unidirectional and two-way slab of boron clay ceramsite concrete,the increase of reinforcement ratio has little effect on the bearing capacity of the specimen,and increasing the thickness of the concrete can effectively enhance the bearing capacity of the specimen.The purpose of this paper is to guide the application of boron mud ceramsite concrete in practical engineering through the analysis of the results.
