The city is the main place for human survival and development.With the rapid development of modernization,China’s urbanization has entered a new stage.In order to scientifically,visually,and intuitively describe the state of urban development,more and more people regard "urban vibrancy" as an important indicator of whether a city has a certain attractiveness and the potential for comprehensive,healthy and sustainable development in all aspects.An in-depth study of the temporal and spatial changes of urban vibrancy and its influencing factors is of great significance in optimizing urban morphology and enhancing urban vibrancy.With the development of big data related theories and technologies,the study of urban vibrancy gradually changed from qualitative observation summary to quantitative calculation analysis.The focus lies on the selection of scientific and reasonable agency variables for urban vibrancy,the construction of a possible index system of urban vibrancy influence factors,and the quantitative investigation of the specific impact of each index on urban vibrancy.Based on the cell phone signal,this paper uses a series of data processing to extract the hourly population distribution of the working days,rest days,and holidays in each traffic zone to represent the urban vibrancy.Based on the kernel density analysis method,the real-time population data is visualized,and the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the city’s vitality on different characteristic days and different time periods are represented.In addition,from the perspective of urban morphology,this paper constructs indicator system of urban vibrancy influence factors from the three aspects of traffic network morphology,urban function morphology,and urban location.Quantitatively calculate the value of each indicator through theories and methods such as space syntax and information entropy,and construct a regression model as an explanatory variable as well as urban vibrancy represented by the number of population per hour.In view of the non-stationarity and non-stationarity of data,the spatial-temporal geographical weighted regression model is used to explore the influence of various factors on urban vibrancy from the perspective of fine-time-space granularity,and the quantitative urban vibrancy and influencing factor equations are finally obtained,and the regression coefficients with different time dimensions and spatial dimensions are visualized to visually reflect that how the factors effect urban vibrancy differently in different research areas at different time points,in order to complete the transformation from the measurement of urban vibrancy to the intrinsic cause of inquiries,provide a basis for urban planning to improve the urban vibrancy.
