Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Project Management Process Efficiency In The Surveying And Designing Enterprises

As China enters the new era of reform and opening up,the internationalization of Chinese enterprises will be further deepened.Especially in the infrastructure construction industry surveying and designing enterprises,as the "area" initiative to promote and implement,will into a broader international market,face more complex business environment.Survey and design enterprises have introduced the introduction of international counterparts engineering companies,engineering design of the company's business philosophy,modern management to enhance the vitality of enterprises,to better adapt to the demand of the international market.As an important management concept in modern management theory,project management is an important means for project-oriented enterprises to improve strategic execution and enterprise efficiency.Surveying and designing enterprise is a typical project oriented enterprise,the author understands a large state design institute during the internship,some problems existing in the surveying and designing enterprise project management,low efficiency of special project management process seriously affect the enterprise executive force and the market response ability.Based on the author's internship experience and literature study,this paper studies the operation of project management process of surveying and designing enterprises.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of surveying and designing enterprises and the literature research,the problems existing in the project management of the surveying and designing enterprises are found,including the problems in the process of enterprise project management.Second,based on the study of the theory of project management and process management,and the scholars in the field of project management and process management research,this article identify the impact of survey and design enterprise project management are the main factors causing the process efficiency,and its influence mechanism..From the aspect of quantitative and qualitative surveying and designing enterprise project management process efficiency measure,this article chooses four indexes to study project management process efficiency of survey and design enterprise.Such as the cycle,mutual information to complete the task on time rate,a success rate,process the user satisfaction.And from the enterprise strategy,process management,organization structure,human resources,IT technology,enterprise culture six dimensions,selects 26 indicators to study the affecting factors project management process efficiency of survey and design enterprise.Third,through the questionnaire survey,the methods of data analysis found that 12 of surveying and designing enterprise project management factors have a greater influence upon the process efficiency,improvement Suggestions are put forward based on 12 main influence factors,in order to promote the surveying and designing enterprise project management process efficiency and the level of project management to provide the reference.
