The Key Influence Factors And Countermeasures Research For Manufacturing Enterprises Quality Management Improve

Manufacturing is one of the nation’s economic backbone.As an important part of the national economy,the importance is self-evident.Vessel manufacturing enterprises have lots of processes relating to many materials and equipment which result to multiple facts affecting the quality.However,quality control in our country is deficiency.So,it is emergent to find out the effect factors of the quality control to provide the theory of quality control process.Firstly,the thesis discusses the present situation of the quality control in vessel manufacturing.In this part,it tells the content of the quality control in detail,containing the concept,characteristic and its meaning.Above all,the characteristic and content of the quality control are mainly discussed.Secondly,the thesis analyses the formation of the vessel and lists the factors affecting the manufacturing quality by methods of literature research and expert interview.These factors are used to questionnaire design.At last,the thesis designs the questionnaire based on the vessel manufacturing in Zhejiang province.Reliability analysis and factorial analysis are used to simplify the data structures and classify the factors into nine categories.The thesis selects eight key factors by using regression analysis.Through researching the quality control experiences in vessel manufacturing in Zhejiang province,the thesis explains the reliability and meaning of the eight key factors.By using various ways,the thesis researches the key quality control factors in vessel manufacturing area comprehensively and provides some theoretical value of qualilty control for Zhejiang’s vessel manufacturing.
