SBS modified asphalt can effectively combine the high temperature,low temperature,elastic and thermal properties and has been widely used in highway construction.Controlling the dosage of SBS modifier was one of the key factors to ensure the quality of modified asphalt.The study detected the SBS content of modified asphalt based on the electrochemical detection analysis method modification,using the indoor test and simulation practical test method to conduct researches for applicability,anti-jamming and applied extension of electrochemical on the content of SBS,providing theoretical basis and technical support for engineering test items.By adding various additives into modified asphalt,the study verified the applicability of additives on electrochemical analysis method for the content of SBS.The results showed that stabilizer,warm-mixed agent,adding ductility improver,kaolin,modifier type(linear,star)had no effects on the content of SBS electrochemical method;when the compatibilizer of modified asphalt to be measured in the sample(furfural extract oil,aromatic oil)were not consistent with content of compatibilizer of standard curve samples,the compatibilizer had a effect on the electrochemical analysis method for content of SBS;and through the experimental study obtained the optimum process parameters for making asphalt samples of standard curve.By electrochemical analysis for adding analogues modified asphalt and comprehensive analysis of the performance of modified asphalt,we recommended higher discrimination index to identify whether adding analogues modified asphalt,respectively,for rubber powder,furfural extract oil,and aromatic oil.Then,combined with correlation analysis between SBS content analysis and related performance index of modified asphalt,we selected index which has the significant correlation to identify whether to add analogues in modified asphalt.The results showed that comprehensively considering most significant correlation index and discrimination index recommended by comparing performances of modified asphalt,the study selected ductility and softening point to identify whether adding SBS analogues or analogues of asphalt asphalt.Through the expanding application research of electrochemical analysis method of SBS content in modified asphalt,combined with the softening point,the content of SBS and segregation rate,we conducted assessment of Thermal storage performance of modified asphalt.The result showed that the study studied the correlation for the overall experimental data and the standard data of 48h heat storage,respectively,and proposed evaluation index of SBS content difference based on the correlation between softening point、segregation rate and SBS content difference each other.Finally,the study suggested that qualified evaluation criteria of SBS content difference is less than 0.28%.
