At present,the process of urbanization is advancing rapidly in China.The contribution of the construction industry to the national economy is very huge.With the outstanding progress of science and technology,the appearance of assembly architecture provides new ideas and conforms to the trend of the times.The quality evaluation and control of assembly building construction is the key problem in the development of assembly architecture,which directly affects the application and popularization of assembly architecture.First of all,this paper studies and analyzes the status of its development by reference to the literature at home and abroad.The characteristics of the assembly architecture are analyzed,and the difference between the assembled building and the cast-in-place construction is compared.The problem of the construction quality of the assembled building is analyzed,and the influencing factors of the construction quality of the assembly building are studied.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy matter element theory are introduced.Secondly,the Yongtianjinyuan prefabricated construction project of the overall analysis.The process flow of this type of construction project is analyzed.The influence factors of the construction quality of the construction project are analyzed from the aspects of connection problem,site storage,preburying and human factors.From the parts supply factors,construction factors,mechanical operation personnel factors,management coordination and technical elements of the analysis method of combining theory and practice,establishes a set of index system to evaluate construction quality of prefabricated building a set of scientific and refined.At the same time,the evaluation index is quantified and the quantitative standard is set up.Then,by comparing the commonly used evaluation methods and analyzing the limitations,we choose a fuzzy matter element evaluation method that can effectively solve fuzzy incompatible problems in the index system,and analyze the feasibility of this method.The basic elements of fuzzy matter element evaluation model,such as fuzzy matter element establishment,establishment of classical domain and domain,fuzzy compound matter element establishment,evaluation index weight,matter element establishment and correlation degree calculation,are described.When the weight of the index is determined,the analytic hierarchy process is used in this paper,and the qualitative indexes are quantified.Yongtianj inyuan to achieve comprehensive evaluation of construction quality of assembled by the method,and improve the qualitative measures and suggestions for construction quality of the project are given.Finally,the quantitative optimization control for the construction quality of an example project is studied.The quality control research of assembly building construction based on the prefabrication rate improvement is carried out,and the optimization model for the quality improvement of the assembly building construction is established.The quality improvement and optimization model of the component site assembly construction is established,and the above model is solved.This research work provides a new idea for the evaluation and control of the quality level of assembly building construction.It has a reference for formulating the construction quality evaluation standard and the related field research and practical application.
