Pavement performance evaluation is the precondition and very important work for the pavement maintain, servicing, overlay. It is a broad scale research task among the international pavement scholars to evaluate pavement performance using new Nondestructive testequipment and evaluation technology recent years. The thesis, basing on the traditional evaluation guideline methods which aim at pavement maintain, combining the pavement overlay field practice, has done research on the evaluation of the pavement performance using new Nondestructive test technology adequately. Meanwhile, pavement performance was evaluated and classified by Fuzzy complex matter element. Through several roads investigate Stat., field test, data collection, theory calculate and system analysis, the evaluation methods of pavement performance have been researched. And the pavement performance evaluation of Fuzzy complex matter element model based on entropy-weight has been established. It would be helpful to the research on the long-term pavement performance and design, construction, maintain, service and rebuild.Chapter one introduced the application status of the Automatization test methods in the pavement performance evaluation, and the essence ideology of the pavement evaluation methods among national and abroad has been analyzed synthetically. The reseach status of the pavement noise has been introduced. The key points and the research content of the thesis have also been presented.Chapter two analyzed the actual test methods for the various control guideline of pavement use performance, and the correlative evaluation methods among national and abroad. The traditional evaluation guidelines for RQI and skid resistance capability have been improved. Meanwhile, the thesis has tried to bring the pavement noise evaluation into the guideline systems of the pavement use performance through analyzed the producing, disserving and the technology for reducing noise.Chapter three analyzed the problem of structural bearing capacity evaluation, and groundwork bearing capacity guideline, relative joint load-transfer coefficient and the flow of slab cavity estimating have been given.
