At present,China's ultra-low-energy building has spread to different climatic zones and the number of demonstration projects has reached more than 100,accounting for 60%of the total in China's cold area,including residential building,office building,commercial building,school and sports center.Ultra-low-energy building mainly uses high-performance enclosure,efficient cooling and heating system,intelligent lighting system and efficient heat recovery system to minimize the building energy consumption in the form of renewable energy.As the office building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total building energy consumption,and its indefinite coefficient such as the use of time,energy users and so on is relatively lower than that of commercial building and other large public building.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research of ultra-low-energy office building in northern cold area of China.This paper summarizes the current low-energy building in the cold area of our country and selects six typical ultra-low-energy office buildings in the northern cold area including Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and Shandong provinces for a specific measurement research,and comparatively analyzes the basic information,actual operation of test data,energy system and so on of each building.According to the comparative analysis of the survey,the current energy consumption situation of ultra-low-energy office building in northern cold area of China is summarized.Taking CABR ultra-low-energy demonstration building in Beijing as an example,the energy consumption simulation software EQUEST is used for simulation calculation.By inputting the set parameters of thermal parameters of building envelope,air-conditioning system equipment parameters,lighting system and other parameters,the monthly construction energy consumption is simulated monthly.The simulation results show that the total energy consumption of heating in winter and cooling in summer accounts for about 80%of the total energy consumption,of which the total energy consumption for heating is 546.4kW-h and the total energy consumption for cooling is 471.7kW·h.January and July is the month with the highest power consumption,with energy consumption of 143.6kW·h and 155.1kW·h,respectively,which is also proportional to the demand for hot and cold loads.At the same time,the typical monthly power consumption simulation results are compared with the actual operating power consumption.The results show that the deviation of cooling energy consumption in summer is about 10%?30%,the maximum deviation occurs in September.And the heating simulation in winter exists deviation up and down compared with actual energy consumption,of which the minimum deviation occurs in January with the deviation rate of less than 1%,and the maximum deviation of December with the deviation rate of 33.44%.In this paper,we selects each sub-item energy consumption and monthly energy consumption of these six typical ultra-low-energy office buildings and analyzes the main energy-using features and energy consumption data.According to the energy consumption index required by the relevant standards of China's existing "Public Building Energy-saving Design Standards" GB50189-2015,"Civil Building Energy Consumption Standards" GB/T51161-2016 and "Passive Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Green Building Technology Guide(Trial)Residential Building" is compared to predict China's current energy consumption index of the ultra-low-energy office building in northern cold area:six different office buildings annual energy consumption of heating is in the range of 9.32-25.24kWh/(m2 a),the index of energy consumption of cooling system is stable at 8.02-21.59kWh/(m2 a).Most buildings in heating energy consumption and annual cooling energy consumption are stable at 10kWh/(m2 a).In addition to the total building energy consumption except for individual buildings,the rest are stable at the range of 30-40kWh/(m2 a)with the cooling and heating trends consistent.Through the research on the energy consumption index of ultra-low-energy office building in the northern cold area of China,the analysis shows that the ultra-low-energy office building is suitable for the cold area of northern China and the low-energy office building in other climate area.Further,the research on low-energy public building provides the theoretical reference and reference value.
