| Under the current strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization" in the 14 th five year plan,China has further improved the requirements for building energy efficiency,and the index demand to effectively reflect the state of building energy consumption has also been put forward.At present,there is little research on energy consumption evaluation method based on building energy management level in China,and energy management has a significant impact on building energy consumption.Therefore,this paper takes the office building as the research object,obtains the energy consumption evaluation index by analyzing the energy management demand,studies the index weight through the energy consumption simulation,studies the energy consumption evaluation method of the office building based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and carries on the example application analysis.Firstly,the evaluation index of energy consumption of office buildings based on energy management is determined.This paper analyzes the role of my country’s current energy statistics system in the building industry and the needs of energy management,and conducts a structural analysis of office building energy consumption.The methods of obtaining indicators and their roles in energy management are discussed.Secondly,the index weight is determined by calculating the effect strength of each evaluation index on energy consumption.In this paper,a typical office building model is established based on the De ST energy consumption simulation software,and the single factor sensitivity analysis method is used to analyze the effect of the indicators on the building cooling and heating load and building energy consumption in detail,and calculate the index weights.The maximum weight of lighting and office equipment control behavior is 0.2190,indicating that the index has the greatest impact on energy consumption;secondly,the weights of heating set temperature,lighting power density,air conditioning set temperature,and equipment power density are all greater than 0.1000,which also affects the energy consumption of office buildings.The weight of the air conditioning control behavior and the heat transfer coefficient of the external window is between 0.1000 and 0.0500;the weight of the three indicators of the external wall heat transfer coefficient,the window-to-wall ratio and the COP of the chiller are all less than0.0500.The impact of energy consumption is small.Finally,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,according to the literature and related technical standards,this paper divides the energy use evaluation indexes of office buildings in Chongqing into 5 grades and establishes the evaluation set of each index,and establishes the energy use evaluation system of office buildings based on energy management.In order to verify the practicability of the evaluation system,5typical office buildings in Chongqing were selected for testing and investigation,the energy saving potential of office buildings was analyzed and their energy consumption levels were evaluated.The research results show that the evaluation method is practical,and provides theoretical and technical support for the reasonable evaluation of the energy consumption level of office buildings in Chongqing. |
