With the extensive use of air purifiers,people have become more and more concerned about their performance.At present,most air purifiers focus on the purification of PM2.5,domestic purifier research and production lack of the tests and related standards for submicron particles and ultrafine particles.In this paper,a kind of mini indoor air purifier is developed with high efficiency filter net,adsorption purification technology,negative ion and all metal aluminum net,and the intelligent control system is added to monitor the concentration of the particles in the room and adjust the working mode in real time.In this paper,the purification performance and the automatic control system of the purifier are tested by experimental methods,and the purification efficiency of the submicron particles and ultrafine particles in the air is mainly tested.In addition,purification efficiency of millet air purifier is tested.The mass concentration of PM10 and PM1.0 in the inlet and outlet of the purifier is measured by Dusttrak,and the number concentration of PM1.0 and PM0.1 in the inlet and outlet of the purifier is measured by SMPS.The effects of air volume,purification mechanism and particle size on purification efficiency are studied.The experimental results show that the smaller the air volume,and the larger the particle size,the higher the purifier efficiency of the purifier.The weighing efficiency of PM10 and PM1.0.0 is above 94%,and there is no obvious change with the increase of air volume.However,the counting efficiency of PM1.0 and PM0.1decreases with increasing air volume.By analyzing the particle size spectrum,it is found that the particle purification efficiency of size between 13.140nm and101.8290nm is low.The CADR and energy efficiency of the purifier are calculated according to the purification efficiency of particles,the air volume and the fan power of the purifier.It is found that the PM1.0 energy efficiency of the purifier developed in this paper is superior to that of millet air purifier.
