In the past thirty years,the real estate market of our country has experienced thriving development,being one of the main industries supporting national economy.At present,under the background of the supply system reform,thereal estate industry cares increasingly for livability.As therequirements of residential experience are gradually enhanced,the real estate enterprises are paying more attention to standardized landscape architecture design and construction,which is one of the core elements of the residentialindustrialization,in order to enhance thetheir products' competitiveness.The landscape standard pattern is via extracting key elements from traditional garden design,mixing landscape design experience framework together and combining landscape design's standard modules systematically,aiming at realizing residential landscape design's standardization.This standard pattern can be generalized to every management step of landscape design,as a result that the developing process will be simplified,avoiding those bugging from varied trifles,and then promoting managing efficiency as well as cutting the cost.In the preface,under the background of our nation's residential industrialization,the domestic and overseas industry developing state and trends are analyzed,basic theories are summarized to seek for this research's aim and meaning,and then propose the contents and research methods of this study and illustrate those invesgating and material-collecting work needed.The main body of this paper analyzes the formation history of south China residential landscape by deconstruction and combination methods,and then identify the key factors of urban residential area landscape.And the following,according those key factors mentioned above,construct residential area landscape 's standardized system,whose theoretical application in real estate business is also discussed.Ulteriorly,this research studies standardized system's realizing process,by analyzing certain typical real-estate case,showing the standardized system procedures from establishment,application,maintenance,feedback to optimization,and discusses its practical value and generalized meaning.Finally,this article's outcome and practical meaning is accessed,which serves for suggestion to current shortness of residential area landscape standardization,also longing for future development.By the temporal and spatial investigation and research on south China residential area landscape design standardization,together with lots of case analysis as well as comparison,the suitable standardized system for south C hina residential area landscape,which can be the innovation of this paper,is proposed.Through improving and adjusting this system constantly,it's hoped that this system can bring some improvement and enhancement for both local real estate development and residential area experience,especially for generalization.
