Modularized Landscape Design Of Residential Buildings Environment In The Cold Region

As China’s housing industry gradually develops into socialization and commercialization,people’s requirements for the quality of living environment are gradually improved.Housing industrialization is the trend of residential development.The premise is to modularize and standardize the design of residential areas,and the modularization of landscape environment design is an important part of it.Modularization is a more flexible standardization.It is a method for decomposing complex systems.It is a complex system that is analyzed and constructed into a modular system,decomposed into several independent units according to certain rules,and then transformed into a complex system for residential landscape design.In this paper,the design of the landscape of residential buildings environment in the cold region is taken as the research object.The parts with universality,versatility and unity in the landscape design are compiled into standard modules,and then the modularization of the landscape design of the residential buildings environment is realized through the combination of the systems.The project management process closely related to the design is conducive to the improvement of development efficiency and cost reduction.The application of landscape modular design of residential buildings environment in the cold region is the focus of this paper.Through the feasibility analysis of the modular design of the residential landscape environment in the cold region,and the prospect of the development of residential industrialization,the cost and quality requirements of the modular design of the landscape environment are analyzed.The modular system of landscape facilities in residential buildings environment including hard scene module,soft scene module,landscape facility construction module,landscape component module,and other facility modules was constructed.From the aspects of module design,module combination and interface processing,the design method of modularization of landscape environment is proposed.And project establishment,program creation,technical design,the process of modularizaed landscape design of residential buildings in the cold region are proposed.Taking the landscape environment design of Becken Mountain residential area in Qunli,Harbin as an example to study and corroborate the implementation and completion effect of landscape standardization research and development results in various stages of landscape design og residential building environment.The design content of the theme design,landscape structure planning,main landscape axis and courtyard design of Beacon Mountain residential area are proposed.From the aspects of landscape environment module selection,modular design of landscape nodes and modular application in the construction drawing stage,the modular design of landscape environment is applied to the landscape environment of Becken Mountain residential area.
