Research On Paper Recycling Based Innovative Design System

The creative design concept proposed in this study,using waste paper to create paper crafts,is an environmental concept.In the meanwhile,it enriches the categories of paper crafts,and explores new creative fields for the enthusiasts of paper art,is also exploring the innovative development of the paper industry.Waste paper can be caught everywhere in modern offices and shopping malls.The study mainly talks about how to use waste paper to design creative paper crafts effectively.This article mainly analyses paper-cutting arts and crafts,combined with large amount of waste material and its characteristics,to develop paper crafts by cutting waste paper intensively and to solve following three problems: first,to use a large number of waste paper;second,to improve the production efficiency of paper crafts;third,to reduce the manual labor.Through analyzing of hand-made processes,the study proposes corresponding technical needs on software,hardware and physical labor for achieving intensive cutting of office waste.Based on the product analysis of existing domestic and foreign paper-cutting equipment,the study indicates that some equipment is suit for making paper crafts domestically or by some small startups in some degree.The article proposes the basic functional architecture of CAD system for dense cutting of paper and develops a prototype system,using parametric technology to realize the rapid design.Furthermore,the study makes business model analysis on user groups and profitable ways.Combined with the existing data,technology and equipment,the article introduces new design concepts of innovative design of paper crafts and develops a prototype system of paper crafts design and proves the feasibility of technology system by specific practice.Moreover,the study analyzes the business models to prepare for promoting the design concept.
