With the continuous improvement of people's material living standards,the number of private cars has also grown by leaps and bounds.The difficulty of parking caused by the rapid growth of the number of cars and the asymmetry between parking spaces has become one of the difficulties in urban public management.In recent years,under the impetus of the Internet and intelligent technology,there have been many smart parking apps on the market that solve the problem of user parking difficulties.However,these APPs have problems such as insufficient functions and interface homogeneity.This study studies the principles and norms of interface design in smart parking APP by analyzing the user satisfaction and user requirements of existing smart parking APP,and hopes to prove the feasibility of proposing principles and specifications through practice verification,making smart parking APP More reach the needs of users.This paper first summarizes and generalizes the development status and trends of smart parking,and conducts multi-dimensional comparative analysis on the existing smart parking apps on the market to find out the differences,advantages and disadvantages of multiple smart parking apps and APP interface design.There are deficiencies,such as whether the interface hierarchy is clear,whether the design specifications and principles of each page are consistent,whether the interaction level is easy to use for users,etc.Secondly,through Python software,a large number of online comments of users under the existing parking app are captured,and Through text analysis and Chinese text processing library(SnowNLP)in Python,deeply analyze the user's satisfaction with the existing smart parking app and user needs;again,this article selects some car owners,through offline visits and online voice interviews.Ways to interview users,understand the real needs and pain points of the user in the entire parking process,build user parking demand scenarios;Finally,summarize the user parking needs and pain points,and integrate it into the intelligent parking APP interface design,through wisdom The perfection and redesign of the parking app function and interface bring good use to users Experience.This paper aims to help users to improve the parking efficiency of users by "good parking,stop the car" in the parking process through certain design principles and specifications,and reduce the traffic congestion caused by parking difficulties and the environmental pollution caused by fuel consumption..The research in this paper hopes to provide valuable reference information for the modern parking industry,which can bring good economic and social benefits.
