| In recent years,a large number of social problems caused by food and drug pollution have produced some serious consequences.According to the survey,the number of deaths caused by domestic medical accidents per year is more than 400,000,in which the reason of serious death is the unsafe medication of people.In order to prevent food and drug pollution,it has become a top priority to intercept unqualified products from the source,where the development of testing related equipment is crucial.Aiming at the problem of food,medical and health,the working principle design of automatic collection system compatible with a variety of samples was completed.The research on the automatic collection process of ampoule samples was made.The disinfection function module of cutting ampoule sample,the functional module of the ampoule opening mechanism and the functional module of processing varieties of sample collection process were accomplished.The combination of each functional module was made to complete the mechanical system development of the prototype for automatic collection system with the ampoule sample.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)According to the GMP manual collection operation procedure,the functional requirement of automatic collection operation system was proposed.The function that need to be completed by each sub-module of the collection operation system was divided.The working principle of the automatic collection system was established.And the overall design of automatic collection system for the ampoule sample was proposed.(2)The pretreatment method before the opening of the ampoule was analyzed,that is V-notch treatment and spray disinfection treatment.The V-shaped incision pretreatment was applied to the bottle neck of the ampoule by using the alloy cutter wheel.The atomization characteristic of disinfection nozzle was simulated and the optimal atomization distance of atomizing nozzle was obtained,thus designing the mechanical structure of ampoule cutting and disinfecting.(3)Based on the basic theory of V-shaped incision brittle fracture in engineering,the relationship between the critical stress intensity factor of V-notch fracture for ampoule and the strain fracture toughness of component material was derived.And the brittle fracture criterion of type Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅰ-Ⅱ composite fracture for V-shaped incision ampoule were given.According to the brittle fracture criterion,the nonlinear dynamics simulation analysis of the V-shaped incision ampoule was carried out.The simulation results show that the stress and strain are mainly concentrated in the neck of ampoule,and the ampoule was smoothly fractured along the neck.(4)The functional module structure of opening mechanism for ampoule and the compatible processing of various sample collection processes was designed.The dynamics modeling simulation of opening mechanism for ampoule was carried out to verify the rationality of opening mechanism for bottle.Combined with the operating condition of collecting system,the static simulation analysis of the key structure for mechanical system was made.The reliability of mechanical structure was verified and the unreasonable design was improved.Besides the debugging of the prototype was completed.The functionality of entire collection process can be automatically realized by the operating system of ampoule sample for automatically collecting bacteria after debugging.The design of this paper can automatically realize the bacteria collection process of ampoule and improve the efficiency of collection process.At the same time,it can reduce the detection results of false positive bacteria caused by irregular operation or personnel mistakes,thus reducing the expenditure of repeated detection and cause analysis for enterprises. |
