With the development of society,the products produced by urban industrialization tend to be miniaturized.Therefore,under the background of urban production environment,the research object of this paper is small products.Consixmer demand tends to be personalized,resulting in a significant reduction in production volume and a difficult to predict product demand.Assembly shops need flexible assembly system to quickly adapt to new order requirements,reducing assembly costs.The manual basic assembly system structure for small products mainly includes single job,row assembly system,flow assembly system,one-piece-flow system,one-set-flow system,indexing table,conveyor belt and Carl belt.In the early stages of assembly system planning,decision makers need to collect large amounts of data and organize the data to determine the planning strategy for the assembly system.The existing assembly planning method relies on detailed planning of the assembly system.It is usually divided into two steps:rough planning and detailed planning.In the rough planning phase,several alternative assembly system solutions are selected and the most suitable assembly system is selected which is planned and laid out during the detailed planning phase.However,the most suitable assembly system selected in the rough planning is based on the economic benefits of the system,mainly based on the assembly time,but in fact,only after the detailed planning of the assembly system,the assembly time can be accurately obtained.In addition,assembly time should be just one of the considerations that cannot be used to determine the most appropriate assembly system.In summary,it is impossible to select the most suitable assembly system quickly by using the current planning methods and assembly time calculation methods.In order to solve the above problems,this paper firstly studies the domestic and foreign literature on unit manufacturing,assembly time,assenbly line planning method and assembly line balance,summarizes the existing maimal basic assembly system structure,and lays a theoretical foundation for the design of decision support system;Based on the literature research method,all the objectives that will be considered in the planning and layout of the assembly line are summarized and divided into two parts:the value benefit evaluation index and the economic benefit evaluation index.The value benefit evaluation index represents the inability or difficulty to measure in monetary terms.Standard,economic benefit evaluation indicators represent standards that can be measured in currency;The process of planning the assembly line was designed,and based on the quantitative analysis method,the workstation load balancing model and the assembly time calculation model were established;According to the above theoretical basis,the database and model library of decision support system are designed.Mockplus is used as the prototype design tool.A decision support system is researched and designed.It can help decision makers choose the most suitable assembly line according to the needs of orders and the goals of decision makers.To achieve the purpose of helping enterprises to quickly plan,quickly layout,and quickly complete production tasks,ultimately reducing costs and generating revenue for enterprises.
