In order to develop a set of high speed centrifugal pump performance testing platform for the electrolyte circulating pump of Q25H52 and Q26H36.According to the relevant technical requirements and the characteristics of the circulating pump,this paper starts from the improvement of testing speed,accuracy and stability of the system,and designs a set of high-speed centrifugal pump test rig with fast test speed,high accuracy and good stability.First of all,the overall design scheme of the test platform is conceived through the test method of the performance test of the high speed centrifugal pump.Then according to the performance test methods and technical requirements,the design of the mechanical structure,the hardware structure design of the measurement and control system and the software structure design of the measurement and control system are respectively presented,the design of the whole high speed centrifugal pump performance test platform was carried out in these three aspects.In order to improve the test speed of the test platform,this paper adopts the software of Kingview6.55 to carry on the configuration and programming of the upper computer.The login interface,main control interface and report interface are respectively configured.It also provides the choice of three test modes: manual test,semi-automatic test and automatic test.These designs not only make the operation of performance test more convenient and faster,but also make the whole rigid test process more flexible.Thus,the requirement of improving the speed of testing is achieved.In order to improve the accuracy of the performance test and the stability of the control system,this paper studies the two aspects: the drawing of the performance curve and the control of the flow of the measurement and control system,respectively.First of all,by using MATLAB software to perform the least square polynomial curve fitting of the test data,the performance curve of the centrifugal pump was plotted according to the fitting polynomial.this paper presents a fuzzy PID control algorithm to optimize the control flow based on parameter adaptive speed observer.Through the comparative analysis of simulation results,we can see that this optimization algorithm can not only effectively reduce the oscillation and adjustment time of output response,but also achieve a smoother output response effect.Finally,this optimization algorithm is realized by using the SIEMENS PLC programming method with the way of pointer checking.In order to verify the running effect of high-speed centrifugal pump test platform,this paper,taking Q25H52 type circulating pump's clean water test as an example,he operation process of the test platform,the test data collected during the test process and the drawing of the centrifugal pump performance curve are introduced in detail.At last,using the analysis result of the performance curve,it is proved that the tested circulating pump is in conformity with the design requirements and the operation requirements...
