With the increasingly severe climate change situation and increasingly constrained resources and environment,countries have been threatened to varying degrees by the natural environment.In the face of these crises,the concept of sustainable development shows its importance day by day.Under the pressure of water shortages and consumables continue to increase and pollution problems become increasingly prominent,it is imperative that the construction industry implement a stable and sustainable development strategy.China is committed to the development of green construction,and has implemented some policy measures for this purpose.However,people's understanding of green construction and water saving materials is still not comprehensive,and there is a lack of theoretical research related to it.Although the government has introduced relevant norms and evaluation standards,it lacks supervision over green water-saving materials.There is no uniform standard for the evaluation of green construction water-saving materials,and there is a lack of evaluation system,which makes it difficult for the government.Do the control of green construction water saving materials.Therefore,in order to effectively control green water-saving materials,the most important thing is to carry out deeper and more systematic research on green water-saving materials,and establish relevant systems to control green water-saving materials.Based on a large number of literatures and analysis of the research status of green construction water-saving materials at home and abroad,combined with the "3R1H" principle,the following research was carried out by using the Delphi method,the order relationship analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First of all,the “3R1H Principle” was introduced in the analysis of green construction water saving and material saving,and the green construction water saving and material saving mode were established.Replacing the traditional “resource-product-waste discharge” one-way linear economic process with a closed-loop economic process of “resources-products-waste discharge-recycling”.In this order,the environment and the economy will develop in harmony,and the qualitative leap from waste reduction to waste utilization will be realized.Secondly,the order relationship analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish a green water-saving and material-saving measures evaluation system.In the calculation of indicators and the calculation of weights,it is found that in order to achieve better results in green water-saving materials,in the aspect of green water-saving,the application of “four new” technologies and the control of foundation pits are particularly important.Pay attention to the control of water metering assessment,and also pay attention to water safety.In the aspect of green materials,priority should be given to the optimization of design schemes and material selection in the design process,as well as the application of “four new” technologies,to optimize the quota picking system,and also to pay attention to the storage management of materials.Finally,in the case study,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the green water-saving and material-saving measures in the shantytown renovation and resettlement housing project of the postal equipment supply station in a city,and adjust the green construction plan and method according to the evaluation results,and achieved certain results.Therefore,the feasibility of the green water-saving material measure evaluation system as a water-saving material control method is verified,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is practical in the evaluation of green water-saving material measures.
