Most of the parts used in aerospace products are difficult to produce typical structural parts for processing materials,such as titanium alloy structural parts,low-expansion alloy structural parts and high-temperature alloy structural parts.These materials have the characteristics of high hardness and poor machinability,which will make the cutting tools used to process them wear seriously in the process of high-speed cutting.The direct result is that the tool life and product quality are reduced.According to the actual machining situation,choosing reasonable cutter and cutting parameter can effectively reduce tool wear,prolong tool life and improve product quality.At present,the information of tools and process parameters involved in metal parts processing mainly depends on the experience of the processing personnel,which lacks relevant theoretical support.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish the intelligent system of processing technology database for typical structural parts,to assist the production of aerospace products and to improve production efficiencyThis paper studies the process database system of typical structural parts from theoretical model and intelligent system development.The information demand and function demand of the process database of typical structural parts are analyzed,the database of the intelligent system is designed from conceptual structure to logical structure,and the overall design scheme of the system is given.The parameters involved in the cutting process are studied,and the model of parameters is established according to the research results.According to rule knowledge,the mapping between process rule knowledge is established by means of production representation,and the representation model of rule knowledge is constructed.The system's instance library and rule library are designed according to the two models.This paper compares the reasoning process,advantages and disadvantages of three common reasoning techniques,such as CBR,RBR and ANN.Finally,a hybrid inference algorithm combining CBR and RBR is selected to build the inference engine of the system.B/S architecture is adopted to develop the system,MySQL is selected as the database management system,and PHP is selected as the program development language to develop the major functional modules of the intelligent database system for processing typical structural parts.It includes login interface,process information management module,system reasoning module,user information management module and user rights management module.
