At present,in the NC programming sofftware,such as UG,EdgeCam and other software applications have become increasingly mature,it could solve the various components in the numerical control processing programming and processing simulation.However,this type of programming soft,ware is mainly based on curved surface processing and mold processing.In practical machining applications,especially for complex small-batch parts processing optimization is less,there are cumbersome operations,the default operating process is unreasonable Other problems are still relatively low in efficiency during actual use.As for small batches of parts such as industrial steam turbines,due to the wide variety of parts and large variations in part sizes,they cannot be applied to large-scale mass production.The use of such programming software is complicated and inefficient,and is still used in actual production and processing.Manual macro parameter programming is mainly supplemented by software programming.For complex parts commonly used in machining,such as turbine outer cylinders,rotors,holding rings,and control valve groups,if you rely entirely on manual macro parameter programming,it is not only cumbersome to program,but it cannot be verified by computer simulation.It is difficult to ensure the correctness and it requires repeated proofreading by many people,which seriously affects the work efficiency.Based on the AutoCAD platform,this paper focuses on the processing methods of common shell components such as cylinders,ring holding,and reducer in industrial steam turbines.At the same time,combined with the idea of group processing,for the same type,different specifications of parts,through the analysis of processing characteristics,the preparation of a typical process file,set the appropriate model parameters and processing parameters variables,establish the model size and parameter data between the docking The relationship enables the same type of machining parts to be input only with the corresponding associated data,and the NC code,tool table,and process card in the NC programming can be automatically completed.At the same time,the generated NC code can be simulated using the drawing function of AutoCAD.Realize the dynamic geometry simulation of NC code,verify the correctness and rationality of NC code.At the same time,with this idea,it is also possible to extend the programming and machining of turbine rotor isometric parts,and finally realize the preparation of small-lot NC codes that automatically compile similar features of similar parts.Based on the characteristics of the company's products,this research project proposes a new type of processing technology ideas and numerical control simulation mode.Through the application of this method,it can well solve the integration problems of traditional technology and CNC machining processes,and will be complex zero.The parts processing process is simplified to a single simple processing unit one by one,and then a single processing unit is recombined to form the processing code of the complex part,which simplifies the difficulty of the preparation of the processing program and finally completes the complete part processing technology,thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of the programming.It realizes the modular design of numerical control program and improves the adaptability of numerical control technology.
