This paper elaborates the mode of secondary development of AutoCAD, the principles, methods, software encryption models and methods, USBKEY encryption principles and methods of theoretical foundation and other theoretical basis of system development; According to the actual needs of the network management department of the system, combined with the characteristics of the water supplied network information management, designed the architecture and functionality of water supplied pipe network management information system based on the secondary development technology of AutoCAD; Analyzed the information structure of the water supplied network, the flow of information, mutual constraint relationship between the information; established the network management database E-R model, for in the practical requirements for network management departments of the pipe network information, designed the pipeline management information database and stored procedures scientific.On the basis of the above design, adopted the integration of secondary development, AutoCAD2010and Visual Studio,2008.NET basic platform for system development, C#for the development of language, SQL SERVER2008for Management database, through the use of AutoCAD component technology and AutoCAD DotNET API technology, acheived the water supplied network management information system of Jincheng City. The system consists of three parts, safety management, graphics management and property management. Among of these, safety management included registration, authentication, rights management, real-time protection, data backup and recovery and so on; graphical management contains mainly software initialization, network management, image roaming entity queries, automatic mapping and so on; property management included editing and updating of attribute information, attribute menu customization, multi-criteria query statistics and information export and so on.The system adopts the encryption based on software and hardware,meanwhile,uses the strong two-factor authentication mode united one-time password.In system development,modern cryptography technology,intelligent card technology and USB technology are used to develop USBKEY and improve the safety of system greatly.The secondary development of AutoCAD is applied in the water pipelines network system of Jincheng city. It provides a new method for management of Jincheng city. This system runs well and has very strong practicability.
