As the power distribution center of all kinds of terminal electrical equipments,power distribution unit is an important guarantee for the normal and safe operation of all terminal power equipments.With the rapid development of electrical and electronic technology,peoples’requirements for the operation safety and stability of power equipment are increasing day by day.The traditional power distribution unit simply connects the terminal electrical devices with the power supply,which is insufficient in the aspect of real-time monitoring of power supply safety and stability.Firstly,through the functional analysis of the power distribution unit,the performance requirement and overall design scheme are determined in this thesis.Then the hardware system is designed,including the selection and interface design of main control module,power acquisition module,temperature acquisition module and display module.Next the software of the monitoring system is developed,mainly including the software design of the above modules.Then the monitoring system is debugged,so that it can correctly monitor the electrical parameters and temperature of a channel in the power distribution unit.Finally,the whole process of development and design is summarized,and the aspects that the system needs to be imporved are put forward.The hardware of this monitoring system is composed of JZ2440 development board based on S3C2440 ARM chip,power detection module based on INA226 sensor chip,temperature acquisition module based on DS18B20 temperature sensor chip,and liquid crystal display module based on AT043TN24 LCD.The system software development is based on timer interrupt function,and the source program and main control program of each hardware module are designed.Then the software and hardware of the monitoring system are debugged using embedded Linux development environment.The system finally realizes the correct monitoring of temperature,voltage,current,power and other parameters of the power distribution unit.
