The suspen-dome structure system is composed of the upper and lower cable strut system of single-layer reticulated shell composition,this structure improves the stability of single-layer reticulated shell and structural efficiency,achieve greater than the span of single-layer latticed shell.The number of suspen-dome built in China has been beyond 10,structure analysis and the corresponding construction technology has tended to improve.Combined with the project of Hebei North University gymnasium,this paper carries on the shape analysis,the prestress construction simulation analysis,the prestress construction influence factor analysis and the prestress loss analysis and so on.Using ANSYS finite element software to model the gymnasium of Hebei North University.The tension compensation method is used to analyze the structure with force of finding.According to the method of tension compensation and Newton-Halley acceleration iteration theory,a new force seeking analysis method is proposed.On the suspen-dome of Hebei North University gymnasium and a high rise-span suspen-dome structure calculation model,this paper verified the validity of the analysis method for stress,and compared with the ordinary tension compensation method.Using Inverse iteration method to carry on Form finding analysis under calculation model,obtaining its initial state coordinates.Using construction positive analysis method to calculate the prestressed construction process.The deformation of vertical and horizontal direction of reticulated shells at each tension stage is analyzed.The safety reliability of the tension scheme is verified.On the influence of prestressed tension phase and equilibrium phase factors are analyzed,including the influence of supporting effects on prestressed construction stage,different combinations of prestressed equilibrium under different support structure of prestress balance state and the influence of wind load on structure.The reason of the suspen-dome prestress loss was analyzed.The prestress loss caused by welding and the prestress loss caused by the friction slip between the cable strut and the cable during the prestress tensioning process are analyzed.The vertical deformation monitoring of string dome roof in Hebei North University gymnasium is analyzed.The performance analysis of the traditional cable strut joint is carried out,and a new type of cable supporting node is designed to reduce the prestress loss during the tension process.The assembly checking is carried out to verify the reliability of the new cable strut joint.The construction technology of suspen-dome roof in Hebei North University gymnasium is analyzed.The installation technology of the reticulated shell and the prestress construction technology of the lower cable rod structure are studied respectively,and the final suitable construction scheme is determined.The construction monitoring scheme is studied,and the installation and positioning of reticulated shell is determined by total station.The strain stress of cable is monitored by vibrating string strain gauge.
