With the rapid development of the city and the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure,some industrial buildings and facilities are gradually abandoned and abandoned,and many industrial heritages are disappearing rapidly.As an important memory carrier in the process of urban development,the research on the protection of industrial heritage is extremely urgent,and the renewal planning and design of industrial heritage has gradually become an important subject.However,it has been found that the traditional planning method has insufficient support for urban planning.In the actual design,it lacks of effective processing of dynamic and large amounts of basic data,and it is difficult to conduct quantitative analysis of the attribute data related to geospatial information,which makes the planning and design less scientific.Based on this,this paper applies GIS technology to the study of industrial heritage renewal planning,and provides a new idea and method for the design of industrial heritage renewal planning.This paper analyzes the status quo of industrial heritage renewal and protection at home and abroad and the application of GIS technology,and studies the characteristics,classification and connotation of industrial heritage value.The comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial heritage value is constructed,and the evaluation indexes at all levels are interpreted.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of industrial heritage value is put forward,two methods of determining index value are given,and the weight of index is determined by ahp.This paper expounds the feasibility of applying GIS technology in the renewal planning of industrial heritage,analyzes the data type of GIS and the establishment method of database,designs the conceptual data and logical data model of spatial database,and puts forward the evaluation process and method of industrial heritage value based on GIS technology.On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation value,the updated industrial heritage protection mode,using the GIS spatial overlay analysis,buffer analysis function,discusses the planning strategy of the industrial heritage update,from the classification of industrial architecture protection,function division,traffic system integration,environment repair discussed more deeply.In the aspect of industrial heritage renewal planning practice,through the investigation of the current situation of jinling shipyard in nanjing,the characteristics and existing problems of the factory area were analyzed,and a comprehensive evaluation system of the heritage value of jinling shipyard was established.The comprehensive evaluation method and GIS technology were used to evaluate the value of all the buildings and structures in the plant,and the protection and renewal planning and design of jinling shipyard were carried out from the aspects of functional area division,traffic system integration and landscape ecological remodeling.Practice proves that the gis-based industrial heritage renewal and protection planning method proposed in this paper is scientific and feasible,which provides theoretical basis for industrial heritage renewal and protection practice,enriches the existing theoretical system of industrial heritage renewal and protection,and provides reference value for future industrial heritage renewal planning and design practice.
