| Since modern times,the rapid rise of industrial development has produced a large number of industrial buildings,which witnessed the development of China’s economy.The protection and utilization of industrial heritage in China are mainly divided into two categories.One is the industrial heritage whose original functions have been replaced or abandoned and need to be transformed and reused,the other is the industrial heritage in use which is still performing its production functions.In the list of industrial heritages issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology,a considerable part of industrial heritages belong to "living" industrial heritages.These industrial heritages witness the course of industrial development of various industries in China,and have not continued to make great contributions to China’s industrial development.They have unique values in history,economy,culture,society,art,exhibition and education.The research on the protection and utilization of this type of industrial heritage,on the one hand,can protect the industrial buildings,industrial culture and industrial spirit with important value;on the other hand,can meet the development needs of enterprises,has important economic and social benefits.This article draws on the relevant experience of the protection and renewal of the "living" industrial heritage abroad,sums up the relevant theories and regulations on the protection and renewal of the "living" industrial heritage in my country,and combines the cases of the "living" industrial heritage that have been transformed and updated.Summarize the system of "living" in the protection of industrial heritage.Guided by the theory of sustainable development,symbiosis,and the theory of equal emphasis on material and non-material protection,and adhering to the principles of scientific planning,classified protection,and rational utilization,the discussion takes the protection and renewal of the "living" industrial heritage of Shanhaiguan Bridge Factory as an example.Shanhaiguan Bridge Factory is China’s first manufacturing enterprise focusing on bridge steel structures and railway turnouts and accessories.It has participated in the construction of a number of national key projects.In 2018,it was selected into the "National Industrial Heritage List" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.This article summarizes the evaluation criteria for the value of "living" industrial heritage,determines the valuable industrial buildings and facilities in the factory area that need to be preserved and protected,formulates scientific and reasonable protection plans,and combines the existing development needs of the enterprise,from material and non-material Two aspects of value propose guidelines and strategies for the protection and renewal of "living" industrial heritage.It is hoped that the protection and utilization of the same type of "living" industrial heritage in my country will have a certain reference significance,so as to ensure that the value of "living" industrial heritage can be maximized. |
