Spatial Distribution Of High-quality Shops And Pseudo Human Settlement Quality Based On Internet Data

The spatial distribution characteristics of high-quality shops can measure the level of commercial development in a certain region.Its efficient and reasonable planning plays an important role in promoting the development of regional commercial economy and meeting the needs of residents so as to improve the convenience of life.At the same time,high-quality shops are closely related to the lives of the local residents,thus affecting the quality of the human settlement.How to reasonably plan the spatial distribution of high-quality shops in the region can not only ensure the balance of high-quality commercial resources in the region,but also improve the quality of human settlements,which is an urgent problem to be solved in the rapid development of urbanization nowadays.Liaoning province is an important old industrial base of China and an early province opening to the outside world.The study on spatial differentiation of the quality of high-quality shops and pseudo human settlements in Liaoning Province not only helps to improve the quality of regional planning in Liaoning Province,but also improves the quality of human settlements.In this dissertation,109560 high-quality shops of different business forms were selected from Dianping.com as the research object,and based on the geospatial coordinates of high-quality shops and the data of consumers’ degree of public praise,the kernel density estimation method was adopted.Gini coefficient and location Entropy to study the Spatial differentiation Model and Regional Specialization degree of high-quality shops in Liaoning province.Finally the formation mechanism of spatial differentiation of the quality of high-quality shops and pseudo human settlements in Liaoning province was further analyzed.The results of the paper show that:(1)The density concentration centers of high-quality shops in Liaoning province are mainly located in Shenyang,Dalian,Jinzhou and Dandong.The distribution density of high-quality shops takes Shenyang as the core,and gradually decrease to the peripheral cities in the irregular oval pattern.The density difference of high-quality shops is higher in the central and southern regions of Liaoning province than in the eastern and western regions,and the inland cities are higher than the coastal cities.(2)Different types of high-quality shops have different levels of concentration in the region,and the spatial concentration of high-quality shops such as movie performances and pets is relatively high in Liaoning province,and the spatial distribution of lifetype high-quality shops such as medical and health care,food and shopping is relatively balanced.Hotel and beauty type high-quality shops is the best spatial distribution uniformity in Liaoning province.(3)The characteristics of regional specialization space layout of all kinds of high-quality shops are as follows: movie performance,the difference of space concentration of pet-type high-quality shops is greater than that of hotels and life-type high-quality shops,such as living services and so on.The number of cities with high specialization degree of life-type high-quality shops is more than the number of cities with high specialization degree of enjoying receiving high-quality shops,and the specialization level of quality merchants of enjoyment type presents a significant “dual-core” structural characteristics.(4)The characteristics of spatial differentiation of pseudo human settlements quality in Liaoning province are as follows: the quality of pseudo human settlements in southern,central and northern Liaoning is higher than that in eastern Liaoning and western Liaoning.The quality of pseudo human settlements in coastal cities is relatively higher than that in most inland cities.The spatial variation of pseudo human settlements in central and northern Liaoning is higher that in eastern Liaoning and western Liaoning.(5)Through the analysis of the formation mechanism of spatial differentiation of the quality of high-quality shops and pseudo human settlements in Liaoning province,the natural factors,economic factors,Policy factors and social factors are the main ones that affecting the quality of high-quality shops and pseudo human settlements in Liaoning province,in which the natural factors play a fundamental role in the quality of high-quality shops and the quality pseudo human settlements,and economic factors,Policy factors and social factors promote the spatial differentiation of the quality of high-quality shops and pseudo human settlements.
