Study On The Spatial Differentiation And Promotion Strategy Of Rural Human Settlements Quality In Jianghuai Region Of Anhui Province

With the rapid advance of new urbanization,at the same time of economic growth,such as the disorder of rural human settlements construction,the lack of rural infrastructure and public service facilities and the rural eco-environment destruction phenomenon such as diffusion,spread gradually in the rural areas.The 19 th of the communist party of China central committee stressed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,adhered to the priority development of agricultural and rural areas,rural development has become the key to promoting new urbanization and urban and rural integration,and promote rural human settlements improvement is carrying out the 19 th of the communist party of China central committee about rural revitalization strategy,also is the important foundation of rural development.Firstly,through a large number of literature,data collection,field investigation,and in the rural human settlements in Jianghuai Region of Anhui Province of the natural environment,social environment,artificial environment parse,on the basis of the status quo of cognitive of rural human settlements in Jianghuai Region of Anhui Province,through using the method of classical literature,field investigation,selection in the rural human settlements in Jianghuai Region of Anhui Province evaluation elements and indicators.Secondly,through using the method of Pearson Correlation Coefficient to build in the quality of rural human settlements in Jianghuai region of Anhui Province evaluation index system,with six municipal district in the Jianghuai Region of Anhui Province,30 counties(county-level city)county as the research unit,the county within the scope of the rural area as the research object,based on the Fully Arrayed Polygon Aggregate Index Method to evaluate the quality of rural human settlements in Jianghuai region of Anhui Province,and analyze the spatial differences between each subsystem and the spatial difference of overall quality comprehensive characteristics and the causes of integral space difference,on the basis of the above analysis combined with the three stages,will in the rural human settlements in Jianghuai Region of Anhui Province divided three types and choose the typical sample villages parsing;The results show that the quality of residence is better than that of the eastern section,and the eastern part is better than the spatial difference of the central area.The economic development shows that the eastern area is higher than the western region,which is similar to the comprehensive quality pattern of the rural human settlements in Jianghuai region of Anhui Province.The eastern area of the infrastructure is higher than that of the western region,which is positively correlated with regional economic development.The configuration of the overall public service facilities is deficient,which needs further rational layout and low utilization rate,presenting a pattern of low middle and middle height.The spatial difference of ecological environment shows that the southern area is higher than the northern area.The overall level of the quality of rural human settlements in Jianghuai region of Anhui Province is higher than that in the western region,and the difference is obvious.The construction of rural human settlements in Jianghuai region of Anhui Province is in the early stage of the middle and late stage of the construction of rural infrastructure and the early stage of environmental management.Influence the spatial distribution difference of the quality of rural human settlements in Jianghuai region of Anhui Province is in order of importance of each factor: rural mixed structure above the proportion of residential construction,rural per capita public building area,village hardening roads proportion,unit farmland find penetration,night lights index,rural water supply.Finally,according to different villages morphology,different areas,different development stage,the quality of rural human settlements of different types of villages,attaches great importance to the development of the rural area,to the county as the unit,put forward the corresponding promotion strategy,realize sustainable,in order to improve rural human settlements,rural revitalization strategy in order to achieve goals.Evaluation and analysis of spatial differences through quality,achieve the classification of the rural human settlements construction guidance,further enhance the quality of rural human settlements in Jianghuai region of Anhui Province level and narrow the regional difference,study for rural human settlements improvement,has important theory value and practical value.
