In recent years,urban rail transit develop rapidly,urban rail vehicles are more and more.Urban rail vehicles include subway vehicle,low-floor modern tram,straddle train and hanging train.Redistribution of the wheel(axle)of the city rail vehicle is a key factor affecting the dynamic performance and safety performance of the vehicle.In GB/T3317-2006 and GB/T14894-2005 standards,the wheel weight and axle are clearly defined,The deviation between the axle load and the average axle weight shall not exceed ± 2%of the average axle load,and the deviation between the wheel weight and the average wheel weight of the wheel shall not exceed ± 4%of the average wheel weight.Therefore,the factories set weighing spring detection as a key process of the production processes.This paper starts from the actual production demand,aims to develop a set of urban rail vehicle weighing spring test bench.The test bed can effectively solve the 5-modules 100%low floor modern tram weighing,subway vehicle weighing,subway vehicle spring adjustment and a series of the other problems.Aiming at the weighing of the 5-modules 100%low floor modern tram,this paper proposes a separate weighing method,and validates the weighing method by force analysis and finite element simulation.Aiming at spring adjustment of subway vehicle,this paper proposes a spring adjustment algorithm based on mechanics model of the subway vehicle and the genetic algorithm.And through MATLAB and C#mixed programming method the algorithm is embedded in the host computer system.Aiming at the test bed,this paper designs a hardware control system with mechanical lift weighing,PLC control network as the core.PC software system based on Microsoft.NET,using C#language development,through the OPC specification communicating with the control system.In the practical application of the test bed,the 5-modules 100%low floor modern tram weighing method is well precise and repeated.The subway vehicle spring adjustment algorithm perform well and can effectively improve the redistribution of the subway vehicle wheel(axle).In addition,the test bench operation is convenient,highly-intelligent,functional,stable performance,effectively improve the production efficiency.
