With the development of space technology,the research of urban street design evaluation is gradually combined with urban planning,human geography,urban transportation,and other related disciplines.As the main body of space activities,people's behavior track and preferences in space become more and more important.Traditional experience-oriented street space design and evaluation relies on the level of architectural planner's own literacy,mainly on top-down subjective qualitative analysis,ignoring the feedback of actual users to a certain extent.Under the background of the rapid development of new data urban environment,how to scientifically refine the design of urban street data with abundant,fast update and high precision has become a research hotspot.This paper chooses the streets of Gulangyu Longtou Road as the research object,constructs a discrete selection model by SP method,and makes an empirical analysis of GPS tourists'behavior trajectory to analyze the influence weights and evaluation deviations of street elements.Explore the application of combining subjective and objective data in the reconstruction of street space.Through collecting site survey data,questionnaire data and GPS track data of streets in Longtou Road area of Gulangyu Island,this study first combines eight kinds of street elements which affect tourists determined by the survey questionnaire into scenes,and then uses Clogit model to analyze the data,and obtains the utility coefficients of different elements.According to the types of elements owned by different streets,different utility coefficients are superimposed to calculate the overall utility of the current street and the probability of tourists'selection.By replacing some elements in the street,the utility and probability of selection of the street are changed,and the optimized Street evaluation is simulated.By analyzing the distribution of GPS tourists'behavior trajectories,this paper explores the agglomeration degree,trajectory speed and nuclear density of tourists in different streets,and couples them with street elements.At the same time,in order to explain the deviation between tourists'actual behavior trajectory and subjective utility evaluation,cluster analysis of street type and tourists' behavior trajectory is carried out to determine the impact of tourists'travel attributes on street element preference.Finally,combined with the analysis of the current site and data analysis,we select the two different streets of "good" and "poor" to carry out the space renovation design,so as to enhance the vitality of street space.In this paper,the SP utility model is used to realize the quantification and utility evaluation of street factor utility,and the spatial vitality index is defined.The GPS behavior track is used to explain the deviation of street utility evaluation and the cause of hot street conflict.Finally,the combination of GPS and SP method guides the design of street space reconstruction,which provides a certain reference for future research in related fields.
